Damn this has the potential to be a great story but then it came out rushed and underdeveloped. It's kinda sad to see this not finished properly

Wow it was so … I don’t have the words. It was always off. From start to finish it was always off. Underdeveloped, weirdly paced, too much “coincidences”, side plot having no end nor resolution, unnecessary complicating relationships,…
It had so much potential it’s very disappointing. One of a kind, not in a good way

Dang..... The coincidence in this manhua is mind blowing.....

I waited until winter to read this for the aesthetic~

Worth it.

BUT actually kinda not. Furuya's works always have this atmosphere to them and I usually love them, but this one just didnt go deep enough into the many different psyches of its characters.

When the teacher asked Itsuni if he had hobbies, I was expecting that to TRIGGER a deeper ecploration of Itsuki's character. Theres a specific kind of angst you can get out of a character who is naturally talented at everything but has no interest in anything and that driving a wedge between him and everyone around him. The poor kid stops doing ANYTHING out of fear of triggering other peoples insecurities. That's heavy. I want to see an exploration of that.

The ending is unsatisfying because it's trying to pay off on a plot thread that was never adequately set up--Yuusei's writing. Why did he stop? Why did he start again? Did any of that have to do with his feelings for Itsuki. I thought we were going to get an exploration of that too, but if just didnt go anywhere.

This story really dragged on of my personal insecurities into the open and then didn't interrogate it at all, just brought it up in passing and then went to play hacky sack at a park by itself. It had nothing Monday about the interesting threads of its characters, rendering them boring and without a real resolution.

really had Thoughts about this one i guess

def a nice read but if i had to say anything its just that the white hair dude felt a little emotionless? like he never understood anyone elses feelings or ever had some himself if we had a scene w him being all anxious that would be nice

I'm so disappointed bcz I love this author... It was forgettable and dragged too much for a story that could end in 3 chapters it's dragged to hell ...
+
I seriously can't stand itsuki ... He is such a selfish cocky full of himself bastard, yuusei deserve a better friend let alone a lover, yuusei has always support his ass but he never ever make yuusei felt less guilt or haterad about himself for loving that mf ... It's always felt like he wanted a pushover hopeless dumbass like yuusei to being his punching bag support him from back no matter how he treat him ...

I’ll be honest with you the plot abt the brother was so much more engaging than the love story i feel like this could’ve been a good 5-7 chp too

This felt like a waste of time. Yuusei basically agonized for his feelings on his own for nothing

I feel like I should be loving this, the plot is cliche but it went deeper then most manga in this genre, and the dynamics of the character were great, I liked how there wasn’t forced angst … however there was something that it lacked that I can’t pin down

I love the story and keep rereading it but seriously i keep wondering why itsuki didn't just confront yuusei when he kiss him or talking to him the next day? But he actually kinda avoid him even when they going to school. I don't understand he always know yuusei feeling toward him, he want yuusei to tell him yet when he kiss him he doing that. If yuusei actually never talk to him again because he never get the courage and instead running away when they go in university, then everything would be in vain. Like i'm glad they talked but why waiting so long for yuusei to have courage instead itsuki just talk to him the day yuusei kiss him

I like the ending, it doesn't delve much but it was satisfying imo.

Ended pretty well, but the student wasn't the best person (or at least had common sense).
1. Entered the kind stranger's bedroom, slept at their bed and even hugged them.
2. Non-con sex
3. Overstaying (yeah, the cat guy was a pushover and kind of vague, but seriously?)
4. Felt attracted to cat guy before he even discovered the cheating and broke up with his ex (he would go to the cat cafe just to see him...)

Extremely touching except I got shot in the face with the imperial Japan war flag in that one panel and I had to remember what kind of background this was set in

I love History. I had mix emotions while reading this, the story was set when Japan was really in its prime. So while reading this, my knowledge from history was also getting mixed with the story. I don’t like Japan at those times but I love the story of them. I was expecting the Seme would die from the war though. ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
