Every BL veteran saw that "twist" coming from several thousands of miles away, LOL. Even though the plot revolves around a very overused and basic BL concept, I felt like it was handled really well. The MC didn't know that the ML was his crush's brother, so it felt much less iffy. The ML decided to peacefully back off once he realized how much he wronged the MC instead of being unendingly obsessive to get back together, which was genuinely refreshing. I think the author handled the concept well enough for it to not feel icky.

I am so glad Japanese BLs are still releasing such gems here and there. KR BLs are all problematic smut riddled with shitty love triangles that people love to eat up every time. I enjoy this quite side of the BL sphere that still releases gems.
Onto the story: In Lala's defense, I understand why she was so defensive. You finally have your brother who is stable and this new dude comes in and takes all his attention. Then this guy comes over to your school, starts yelling at everyone and doesn't seem very understanding. I would be annoyed too, honestly. Hell, not even adults were able to stand Kiri's attitude and gave up on him. I don't expect a middle schooler to be more understanding than adults.
Like yeahhh, we are sympathetic to Kiri because we know his backstory but Raika doesn't. She has no reason to feel sympathy for this random dude from Tokyo who came over and started yelling over everyone.
Also, it's disappointing how Kiri never says I love you to Osamu. Osamu is chasing Kiri 90% of the time, so it would be nice if he at least said "I love you" to him.

The reason I don't feel bad about the SA here is because Uno also does not give a shit about consent when it comes to other people. Remember how he treated Candy? The only reason he didn't go far with Candy was because he knew Candy didn't like him romantically and never will even if he forces him to have sex with him. I don't feel bad when both the MCs are fucked up bitches anyway.

Damn, Nanase really got the biggest middle finger in his past life. The man he loved married and had a kid, gained power and became the king. All the while Nanase kept drowning in his own feelings, unable to move on.
It also doesn't help that Leo's yearning post-marriage really was NOT captured well at all. It looked like he had already moved on from Nanase and only Nanase continued to love Leo. The author seriously should have focused on Leo's yearning post-marriage more for it to be believable that he still loved Nanase in the new life. As it stands, it doesn't look like he held the same feelings as Nanase by the end of their past lives. Leo's past self's feelings deserved more expansion.
Their grown up past selves are SO good-looking. It was such a missed opportunity to never use those designs for their present selves. They looked fucking majestic as hell. This deserves a sequel with those designs and this time focusing more on Leo's feelings about his actions in his past life.

I think it was done mostly in Nanase’s POV, but we got glances into Leo’s POV and it’s just as painful, he just had to deal with his feelings differently because he had duties to an entire kingdom. Leo never moved on, he’s just living a lie and as he said every day the burden grows, and him going into bed with his wife while silently crying is proof. He was one straw from breaking and running away. I’m sure if Nanase took him away he wouldn’t fight it, but they both thought the world of each other and wanted the other to live the “best” life. More evident in the flashback to Leo remembering their promise, that if he ever push Nanase away and hide it with a smile, Nanase should know that it’s a lie and he wants to be with him forever. The fact that their past lives ended in tragedy and no promises of reincarnation but Leo’s soul practically chased after Nanase so they could meet again is proof that his love was in fact just as deep
Yall are so used to steroid induced giants in yaoi that Dojun looks like a twink to yall mfers, damn. That man is NOT a twink. The word twink has lost all its meaning after gaining mainstream traction.
Anyway, I don't get why they can't just move to the US. They can literally get married to each other over there. What even is the point of staying in Korea when they can't get married and their goal IS to get married.
Exactly, I think they're rage baiting saying Dojun is twink.
