I applaud this manhwa. I like how it balanced the plot and the smut really well without favouring any side over the others. The story flows pretty naturally with a genuine build-up and stakes at hand as we reach the climax. I love how the author explores the depth of the characters, the world building and the intriguing power system, I could see love and passion being put into this work. It is quite rare to see an almost well-written porn with plot manhwa that doesn't reduce the autonomy of the bottom, instead, they gave both Nox and Asperier an actual human characteristics and flaws, I love how they slowly learn to navigate the complexity of their relationship and accept each other in the end.
Overall I love it!! The non-con threw me off tho. But I mostly have only praise to say about the story. Looking forward for the rest of the chapter!

Well, it's not a bl guys and the novel leads to nowhere. Pushing that aside, the premise of the story is quite interesting but wasn't taken as seriously as I thought it would, somehow the author managed to turn the focal points of the story into a subgenre. It's quite obvious that the ghost and shaman plotline is only a bad segue to another "I'm forced to become a famous actor/model". Another thing I like to point out is how rushed and messy the pacing of the story is. It always had been a big issue when adapting novels to manhwa, where they cut some parts of the novel to meet the deadlines and make the story more digestible. Overall? It felt wasted.

I felt like I just consumed the most comforting chocolate chip cookie, dipped in warm milk. The first season is short but the progress doesn't seem rushed at all! It explored the depth of Ta and Unyu characters deliberately and carefully without sounding like an info dump! The author portray Ta's trauma with care and I find it so relatable I died. It shone a new light on the others side of ppl who find it hard to break out of their shell in social situations! Emotionally constipated and actively avoiding confrontation because of culture and the effect of generational trauma! A simple Yaoi comedy manhwa manages to tell a story about a side of human nature that is rarely exposed in such a sweet and meaningful way! And it's so hilarious and gut-wrenching. God, I love this. Chef kiss! 5 stars!

I'm kink-shaming everyone here and the author. This shit shotacon in its purest form and no one is calling it out?? "The author is too close to the sun" Bro it went past it, went into a black hole and whirled around in there so hard it came back 10 years later screaming paedophilia!!!!! People defend this shit by saying oh it's just comedy while at the same time clutching their pants every time the underage boy is being sexualised and treated less than a human being. The author needs to drop the pen and go touch the grass.
I don't think shin ramyun is a red flag, in alpha dominated world ig the only way to assert dominance and earn respect to/from a bunch of dickhead is pure brute force and blackmailing. The manhwa also drives the point of the dark side of ig 'chaebol' here, riddled with corruption and rotting from the inside out so to me that explains why he acted that way. In my most honest moment, I don't really like the delicate bottom and stone-cold Steve Austin pairing they've got going on but that's just me being an ass, the dynamics suit the omega verse theme so I hand up on this (surrender). Overall? It's good, love the fact that Yeonwoo have self-preservation skills and a sound mind, I also like that the author doesn't brush off his trauma, instead, showing the reader the long-lasting impact that it had on the way he views Shin Ramyun and others around him. I appreciate that the sensitivity of the subject was handled with care and was told properly without demeaning his autonomy and sexualizing the acts of rape.
this is like lwk eloquent, didn't expect to read this kind of well-formed opinion on mangago
Thanks! I'm like super flatter, I wrote a lot of long paragraphs of comments under a lot of BL and it's nice that someone noticed my attempts at mature commentary and carefully curated insults or compliments. I like rambling soo yahhh
