Yes. He remembers. There are hints throughout the story. At the palace party in the garden, he said Ines has always been smart with that head of hers. It was a clear indication that he remembers. Also, the part at the Formente match. Crown Prince believes he’s superior because he has memories when others don’t. Think of him like the typical regressed FL in many Ropan stories where the FL uses her memories to gain advantages. The difference here is memories in this story almost never leads to good things.
