I feel like it's not just the artstyle that changed, the feeling when I read this isn't the same
The first few chapters should have never shown the present, the flashbacks should have been the webtoon's starting point, the author really messed up the flow of the story and will lose readers because of that
agreed! originally in the novel it never showed the present until after the past / background information was leading up to the main character’s “death” day. but i do believe they made this choice to try to reel readers in who don’t know too much about the synopsis and grab their attention.
