https://coffeemanga.io/manga/sincerely-vanessa/ here it's up to chap 42
I have to be honest, the fact that Gideon recognized he loves her and yet his first thought is to squash his feelings instead of forcing them on her made me appreciate him so much more. Even reprimanding himself for thinking of using their bond as her benefactor to keep recieving her letters, really shows respect for her as a person.
I'm so used to MLs doing everything they can to keep the FL close that I didn't expect to see some genuine humanity.
Now I just hope they'll find a way to be honest about their feelings... Gideon's position is hard since first and foremost, he'd have to confess about being her sponsor all this time. I think Vanessa wouldn't be angry per se, since he never thought of exposing his identity in the first place, but would feel embarassed to have been this childish with him. On the other hand, I guess Vanessa will refuse any further help from her benefactor, so even that bond will gradually lessen to a couple letters from time to time.
They really need a long talk, I just hope they don't give up and let time pass because it's just going to hurt both.
Of the many possible ways the two could meet again, I hope it's not Dan going back to Jaeshit after some news. Although he has some good memories of being his therapist, the amount of mistreatment and injustice he suffered shouldn't be easily forgotten.
Now that probably his grandma is dead, or will soon be, he'll have nothing more to lose... I just hope he learns to value himself
If it's been a month Dan will probably send him money for his debt. I guess that'll be the start of the chasing arc

This really reminds me of when Jiwon went to the cafe trying to convince DG to go back to him.
Jaeshit is literally treating Dan like an object he can buy... And even if he knows Dan wasn't the one at fault for the spray, he didn't even apologize for how he treated him yet.
Also: he said Dan needs rest, yet keeps pestering him and he's the first not to listen to doctors telling him to rest. He wasn't even concerned about Dan literally tearing the needle off his arm and bleeding...
