Bitches, he practically KILLED River, and STABBED him on the back, not mentioning that he gave River false hopes. I that old God would have wanted to continue living, River would cease to EXIST, bcs his soul would have never been reincarnated and Heil would be ALONE. Kahol doesn't deserve empathy. Period.

Everyone (even fictional characters) deserves empathy and understanding. Just because you can't understand why they do something doesn't mean they don't have reasons they believe are valid. Some choices may be inexcusable, but forgiveness is a selfish thing. It's not for the other person, but for yourself. And everyone deserves to be happy. The fact is that River didn't die and was reincarnated. Not only that, but reincarnated as a God, while h allows him to remain with Heil for far longer than if he had been human. It also grants River the power and capabilities to stop Lari, the main villain in this story. Besides, Khaol always made it clear that River was expendable in order to get his dead lover back. Of course it's wrong to trade a life for a life, but love, loss, pain and desperation drive people to do crazy and stupid things. Had River stayed human and died human, Heil would have had 60 years, tops, with River and that would be it. Does it seem unfair that Khaol now feels guilty in hindsight? Well, sure. But hindsight is 20/20 and Khaol had tunnel vision. What he had been trying to accomplish for centuries was finally going to come to fruition. Thats not something easily let go of. You can forgive without forgetting and there is nothing wrong with someone trying to seek redemption for a wrong doing. However ot is up to the person they wronged to decide whether or not they'll accept the olive branch offered. Because you can forgive without repayment, which is, oftentimes more of a punishment to the guilty party when they can't physically make amends than flat out hating them forever. River will make his own choices and karma is already kicking Khaol's ass, so he'll probably suffer for a little longer and sacrifice himself for River or Heil and that'll be that.

Hahaha. Don't worry, your tone came through very well, so I laughed and am not offended in the least. I have a feeling (and I'm normally right with a few minor details changed) that Khaol will sacrifice himself to save either River or Heil, or both. More than likely Heil because it would be more impactful due to the fact that Khaol sacrificed River for his own lover, so its "only fair" he does the same, even if he hates Heil. Which he does. Ought to be interesting.

Param and Hwi ARE NOT BOYFRIENDS, they are just STARTING TO DATE, which means their relationship is not strings attached YET, this kind of behavior happens in real life all the time, don't be such prudes and enjoy the next scene lmao
And shame on y'all, way to shame Param in this. Most of the comments I've read are slut shaming, which is honestly disgusting.
Before you say anything I like Hwi, not Mr. Han.
But Mr. Han character design is so sexy oMG, I love hunky sexy salary men.

Can we talk about Leo for a little while? I personally think that Leo had/has(?) feelings for Arte for a long while, especially now knowing that Arte basically rescued him and gave him a good life. But still, knowing that when Arte found himself a lover (Eunwoo), he accepted it. And that's the maturity I love to read from characters. He didn't start a mischievous plan to separate the two of them, he just openly expressed his hatred to Eunwoo without actually causing him problems in his relationship.
I think I like Leo a little more by now and I LOVE this manhwa.

God, I'm so gonna get tons of dislikes from the Joowon lovers who are now calling taku a snake.
Both Taku and Joowon are flawed characters, and manipulators. If Taku is a "snake", I'm sorry but Joowon is not better. Hell, even Haeseo is trash, and in my opinion, the worst among them. Haeseo didn't only act like a selfish and indecisive kid, but dared to play with other people's feelings when he obviously was in love withbJoowon.
I hope there is a side story with Taku (aka the best character of this manhwa so far), i just love him. I recognize his flaws but not only his aesthetic but his character development is great. So, I hope he finds a boyfriend who truly loves him in the future.

Kindly read this patiently and don't misunderstand it,
lemme site you some reason why some Joowon stans are calling taku the snake I would certainly not use that term but let's talk about facts here, he was materialistic, he was manipulative, he was obsessed and not in love, maybe yeah, it might have been love but in my pov the way he don't want to let Haesoo go, Ben if he knew Haesoo could never be his, the way he compared Haesoo with the candies, the way he got mad, he shouted at his friends why they told Haesoo about joowon accident, I mean joowon was in an accident, he knew that yet he never considered what would have happened to Joowon, and even told Haesoo at the end of the recent raws that he knew that he went to Joowon and decided to guilt trip Haesoo, which most of the taku Stan's ignore and jump to the conclusion that Taku did good by dumping Haesoo and that their bAbY taku did good by doing that. You said Joowon is no better? He is better at this point of time, let me start from the beginning, he and Haesoo loved each other but since they were 'step' siblings that's time, joowon told Haesoo not to fall for him when joowon was already in love he told him that he was never gonna fall for him (you could literally see it in his eyes that time as well) well, I believe that time Haesoo took it as a challenge and kept doing that that would make Joowon jealous and Joowon then started having the traits of toxicity and that he would never be left by Haesoo 'again', but now, you could see that he is no longer her toxic, so no one dares call him toxic again, if you gonna still call him toxic after his character development, kindly re read the manhwa and then write me a 1000 words essay. Well anyways, He protected Haesoo all this time, he was in wrath because someone dared hit Haesoo, he sacrificed his career for haesoo and so that Haesoo will not be involved. Joowon eventually felt that Haesoo might never be his and he was ready to let Haesoo go find his happiness, that's what true love is about.
The first thing that Joowon is concerned about after waking up is why Haesoo was crying. And he was also concerned about Taku's exhibition, when on the other hand taku never gave a piece of shit to Joowon. The best self claimed character that you are calling in your above comment doesn't make sense tbh, but not everyone has a good eye for good characters Soooo xD

Don't get me wrong, the author sure knows how to draw them in their sexy time but this already feels like when they finally are talking or alone, BOoOm the whole chapter turns into a sex scene and I need to wait into the next week for the story to actually continue. This makes the actual story too slow.
Stay silent lmao
BruH I've seen you on many other comments trying to defend ur ship with a rapist, stay salty
Don't have too, ur still supporting a rapist sweetheart ♡
