That's why I said "if". His behavior was suspicious for someone who just fell out of love. He was actively trying to keep her from meeting him at school. Regardless though, he clearly doesn't like Noa anymore, so idk why she's so desperate to continue this relationship under a false love, especially since he's extremely average based on what we've seen of him so far.
