Tbhh i think it’s interesting how the black haired guy stated in the beginning about how he likes his position as a bystander, as this leads to him losing touch with his first love. (You can argue that the suicide attempt was just a factor among many, but i feel like it was a major one/the final straw)
Just a funny thing to me since i was expecting him to decide to stand up for the victim as a symbol of character development, but i think that route was also cool
This was one of the first shounen ais where i was more interested in the non-romantic aspects of the storyline. Not because i don’t like the couple or anything, it’s just that i really liked the theme it had going. I would’ve enjoyed the slowburn being even slower in all honesty
