I don't understand what you mean here. But if you're saying the plotline has to be rapey in order to sustain a series, I don't think so. I'm just saying if a writer can create couples like Dojun and Heeso, why not make them? Consent and communication are sexy. Let's take for instance the couples in Cherry Blossom After Winter and Sign. They do consensual sex but it doesn't lessen the effect they have on the readers.

It took me a few rereads, too, to realise that the story told from a character’s POV (mostly Shuu’s) is SKEWED and doesn’t reflect the objective truth. I’m not sure if it’s intentional by the author or not, for the fact that the way this story unfolds makes it quite confusing for readers to follow and piece things together. It is quite interesting, though, and after figuring it out I ended up so intrigued emotionally invested into this manga lol
It’s really a good manga. You notice new things with every reread. How Shuu misunderstands Ayame. How Ayame is such an awkward mess around Shuu but Shuu doesn’t notice. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧(╯°Д °)╯╧╧(╯°Д °)╯╧╧ They’re bad for my kokoro.
