lol Ulysses just implied to her that someone who can cut his hair is basically someone special to him, and violet unknowingly suggested that she would like to try to be that person. Ulysses asking whether violet would like to try it is like asking whether violet would like trying the test to be his bride.

lol i just skipped from 170 to 174
yea I lost the story finally, not the plot, but just the concept and the details of their plan are confusing. kudos to translator for their hard work to make it makes sense
i think it's bc it's fantasy, i need to have the same imagination or concept to understand what the author means.
i understand systems, god of systems, god's power, and that their ultimate goal is to free the systems and to do that they have to steal god's power. iirc they used qin's soul as vessel to contain that power, but bc it's too strong, they have to use as much as qin's soul that exist in various planes and times. i dont remember how but part of the power is also hidden in immortal world. or maybe qin is just the transportation and the storage is the immortal world. i forget what's with qin's soul split into several pairs when it's said that they use all qin's soul that reach infinite number. anyway i forgot the details but i can reread it again; so my question is just how??
I think author tried to explain how qin can split or use his soul like this, but it's lost to me.
and the other confusion is with wang yi previous memory as system. maybe bc a lot has happened i cant piece his old memory together. like, most conversation with him as system with original Qin are lost to me. they're planning it but it's hard to understand. sigh well

alright the little sister actually not that bad
children can be very unreasonable, but that's why parents have to guide them. but the parents here enabled her to act more unruly
she also met the fiance first without knowing who he was, so i think at least she genuinely had a crush towards him. it's the fiance who is the trash for easily get swayed
then as teenagers, she just did what she usually do, and people around her also believed her because of her natural confidence and charm (it such a shame to use it for negative stuff)
it all began in childhood. but there are many people like this irl too, and tbh it's not too late for them to change

Especially since teens at that era are considered adults who are still tied down to noble/family lineage. So like an adult still being under the surveillance of their family until they got married and inherit the noble title (There's still parental/blood-related people influences and the such). So liek it's kind of too late. I agree on this comment
i really like the female lead. this is like a parody or a story with stereotypical mc. it's fun to have this kind of story sometimes but like others similar story it ended up being too serious so the MC ended up being the really odd one. her fiance is originally okayish af least suitable for her because he didn't hate her hobby so i fogave him for having a tad bit generic personality (that sadly not even stereotypical of something, just lukewarm). however as the story went he became more annoyed with FL's antics. that such a bad move from author to make the one reason why he attracted to her being shaken. the foundation no more. even from far away (i am still at chapter 18) i already can imagine their unhappy marriage and divorce. now author probably will use magic of plot to not make it ended up that way. nah no way. also i thought it began to get boring since they proclaimed their love too early but it was actually a hint that something wrong going to happen in their relationship huh
