Wow I was so excited for this manhwa because it was tagged as seke, but then it turned out so fricking bad that I had to drop it halfway.... Everything was just so unrealistic and fast paced, there were no room for the relationships to progress and develop properly. Examples of these would be Jordyn easily entering a relationship with Simon despite them knowing each other for only a few days, Simon getting mad out of the blue or for something that was barely noticeable as a problem, and how Owen developed feelings for Jordyn without being shown obvious reasons as to why he developed such.
Not only that, the whole thing became so over the place when Simon finally developed feelings for Owen?? God fucking dammit, what was all the infidelity for? and the shitty excuse Owen gave with hurting the people he wanted to be close to, pertaining to having sex with Jordyn's partner as the ONLY solution to break them up. Really? Plus, he technically r4ped Jordyn, fuck that shit.
I don't even rate stories as low as 1-star, but the whole thing was just so stupid and over the place I couldn't help myself. There goes the 4 hours I wasted reading this.

Wow Joowon stans are fucking crazy lmfao, the best ending would be them not ending with one another, it’s best to keep the goddamn toxicity away

Lmfao not user @Ashika kind of blocking my reply, I can’t reply to them anymore so I’m sorry if I have to tag you in this
What makes you think I didn’t understand the story lmfao, we all have different opinions, and this is what I think; looks like you’re the one who’s having trouble accepting other people’s opinions/perspectives.
Idk why you’re coming for me when I never even said I hated joowon, to me, they’re all pretty bearable characters despite the toxicity, because they all started with the same shitty personality lol. I’m not siding with anyone, as I said I’d prefer them to be separated from each other, but y’all keep acting like joowon’s a saint for starting to have character development, does that mean haesoo should automatically end up with him?
Anyway, it also proves my point y’all crazy with the amount of dislikes on this post. Jeez it’s just a fucking story.

Seriously, the delulu is through the roofs... why does it always have to be black and white with stories like this. It also seems that they haven’t thought of the stepbrother thing like, are you fucking serious? Do you think everything in the name of love wins? Or y’all are just that sick in the head?
Anyway, I’m happy to see someone who has the same opinion!

I’m actually surprised that I don’t hate Joowon as much as I do with most shitty semes, but that’s only because the three of them kinda have the same personality? Twisted and selfish in their own ways that they’re kinda perfect for each other, but toxic as well. Honestly, I’m on team Taku, but it wouldn’t surprise me if Haesoo ended up with Joowon in the end. Although for me, that wouldn’t really be the ideal, whether you’re team Taku or Joowon, only because their relationship still began with them as stepbrothers (sorry this fact really is just irking to let go of).

This wasn’t exactly a bad manhwa, but I didn’t feel a connection deep enough between jinwoo and sarang for them to be able to love each other like that. Like I know not everything’s grand but there really was just something missing for me when they started developing feelings for each other, maybe it wasn’t as pronounced as I would have wanted it to be, or how jinwoo got over woojung, even after loving him for years, was just unrealistically fast.

This manhua was super cute but I kinda have a problem with how xu ze and lin tianyu became together, like I feel like it was rushed or the events that led to it needed to be developed more. I also have a problem with how some characters were just thrown away or weren’t given a proper ending, like yang yan and jhang zheyi!! I was really looking forward to them getting together because of all the progress they were being given in the story, but it ended just like that without a proper ending or even a continuation during uni :/ as well as the purple haired girl who cried at the start, usually with characters that are bothered to be highlighted like this, they’re bound to be someone important, but it didn’t happen. Anyway, this is just my opinion and observations! The author did a wonderful work on this nonetheless, just hope it was more developed.

omg i agree with you completely !! i feel
like after xu ze brought lin to his home when he got drunk the events after we're rushed, like why did xu ze become extremely confident all a sudden and why wasn't lin questioning where he was and why he ended up there?? like idk everytbing felt so unrealistic to how it should have gone

I really was trying to pick the lesser evil and I really thought that’d be taesung (because once minhyuk took advantage of sooyoung he was out the door), but he’s kinda turning into jisung #2. I won’t be handing sooyoung to anyone until they fix their fucking shit, he’s been through too much (´°ω°`)\\٩(๑`^´๑)۶////
Forgive me if I disrupted the chain of hating on the red haired dude, I just finished season 3, so I had to say this. Please don’t jump me for my opinion cos I’m not hating on this story, I’m well aware this is yaoi, and that everyone loves sex scenes as much as the next person, but it just didn’t go too well with the vibe the story was giving. I know author-nim worked hard on this and I salute them for stepping outside their comfort zone! They did so well, but I just hoped they didn’t have to turn to “every other chapter sex” or the typical yaoi manhwa where everything is almost drowned in sex, as, again, it wasn’t consistent with the vibe the previous seasons were going for, and it honestly reduced the plot to something it was not and everything just felt like fillers. Like a lot of yaoi manga, I think they could’ve gone for the plot, then sex at the end, a few epilogues/extra chaps, then ended the story right there; or they could lengthen the story but lessen the sex scenes (somehow like Love Nest).
