Emperor: I will break my kid's leg so my sweetheart will stay with me!
Me: OH NO NO NO NONONONONONO! BAD EMPEROR! BAD!
Either social relationship in jins are horrendous or the emperor is just that bad.
The bed scene in ch 33:
Emperor: Look at this fine big sword! >:D
MC: I don't want a baby anymore... (._.;;)
Emperor: !!! Wait! We can work it out! DDD:) *procedes to make up reasons to not cancel the baby-making*
I still want to know what happened to the emperor in the last life after MC died. According to MC's memories, the other characters seemed to know about the emperor pretending to be dying so I want to know WHY!?! Why did they make it look like the emperor was dying? I can understand the emperor was being a shithead for doing it, but I want to know the reason behind it besides it being "a game" and why did the other characters went a long with it? Was there a purpose for this sick joke?
And most importantly, what happened after the MC died. Also, does anybody know how the MC died? I don't remember it being told.
I remember that he healed by taking the other person’s injuries onto himself. When he took on the emperor’s injuries, that’s what killed him. Then the goddess said that the injuries wasn’t threatening to the emperor and that he’d never been in danger from them. They were enough though to kill the MC who were a human and at that time didn’t have the power to heal himself. Since only someone with stronger divine powers could heal MC, and there were no such person, he didn’t stand a chance.
As for the rest and the emperor’s reasons... that’s a mystery :/
I feel like the emperor faked his death in an attempt to test MC’s loyalty and/or to make MC stay with him, which obviously backfired. Remember that before the emperor “went into a comma” the MC was preparing to leave him? Maybe he faked his sickness so that the MC would stay behind, or to see if MC really leaved the palace.
I think that if MC tried to leave he’d have woken up and locked him up or something. I don’t think he ever expected the MC to literally die for his revival.
The MC died by sacrificing himself to save the emperor’s life, but I don’t remember the method he choose to suicide (I don’t remember it being mentioned?).
I’m also very curious about what the previous emperor did after Yeo Dam’s death. I believe he had no reason to fake being dead anymore and woke up, but he definitely went even more insane after that.
It was also mentioned that Jins don’t commit suicide and that when the blue haired commander did it the previous life everyone was shocked. I wonder if the emperor did the same after MC’s death. But if he stayed alive I’m sure the people suffered even more from his tyranny. He was a Yandere no doubt, and loosing the subject of his utter obsession definitely messed him up.
Yeodam's healing power is like a double edge sword, in order to heal or save Jin-Hwa he transferred the injuries (and I think it also has poison idk) on his own body, unfortunately no one can heal Yeodam, even Kaim can't heal him cause Magic doesn't work on Yeodam because he's something like a divine something entity.I forgot what cause the injuries on Jin-hwa but I think its from a concubine or an enemy's arrow. Idk, I'm not interested in JinHwa at first. Hehe. I don't know why JinHwa did it to Yeodam and why the other mobs tolerate his sick game cause it wasn't mention and they also didn't mention if JinHwa came back to life while Yeodam is talking to the goddess or I just missed it. Sorry.
So can someone spoil me on why the emperor's attitude changed in this life time? Did he have memories of his other life or something?
i feel like its because the way they met and spent their time together in this lifetime changed. they knew each other for 8 years prior to the main events now and during those years the mc and ml told each other more of what they want and hate and thus the emperor changing his ways and loving the mc really well
You don't need spoilers it's literally in the first chapters, he disguised himself as that little kid right? And the Mc reached the kid how to express himself and manners and all. Simply put when the enperor was disguised the Mc reached him to be nice. That's also how in the past life the emperor found out about the mcs powers, bc the kid that he had healed was the emperor himself
I think its because of Yeo-dam's teaching and words when he was visiting Yeo-dam as Jin-ha. I think the difference is in his past life they didn't properly establish a relationship just after saving the emperor he was suddenly brought to the palace compared to his second life where they spend a lot of time together and get to know each other.
I already figured out the kid was the emperor, but I just find it odd how he just asked a really random question like "Do you like the Emperor?" or something on their first meeting. It's kinda out of the left field. And the way he behave earlier on was kinda odd to me because he was extremely attached to the MC even though they just met for like what? a day? but he acted distant with others. it's almost like either he kinda remembers like a little bit like some kind of dream thing (since he mentioned something about having nightmares that he can't remember) or the feelings he had from his last life came over to this one. So I'm wondering if that's the case.
So... for those of you that was rooting for the Duke before, do you still find him hot now?? I honestly Noped myself out after the first scene with him with blood on his face, but I still find a few comments that said he was still hot. So I wanna know if you still find him *ahem* attractive after this chapter.

Does anyone know which chapter the big brother will return? His appearance is getting long overdue with the constant mentioning of him by the MC.
The last chapter of season 1, so I think ch 61?
A few more chapters then. Thank you
