I saw a comment that said op didn't like the Emperor. Liek, how? I get that he helped put Eunwoo into glorified sex slavery, but it wasn't his fault, it was how law worked at the time and he either accept him as a gift, or all of what would amount as death. Eunwoo also not once said no. I agree the situation Eunwoo's dad put him in basically made anything the Emperor did technically dubcon at best, but, I kind of feel they both got screwed in that deal as the Emperor is expected to either do him, or kill him.
Anyway, I loved both characters and this story.

That whole part was so frickin stressful because he just basically said "Give me what I want” and then blamed the mc for not being fair. Negotiation means BOTH parties day what they want and come to a mushrooms of some kind, not one party saying: ”do what I want or I'll kill you”. That's threatening.
