This is starting off real bad. The mc is an unlikeable misogynist (can't believe female mangakas are still writing this kind of characters to justify bl) and the janitor is sexually harassing and giving him the wackest outlet for stress.
Dude noo, it's not like that, he ends up hating women because most of the people complaining about the products to him are women, just imagine a bunch of men irritating you to an extent where you end up getting stressed out, you might end up hating men too. Also it's not some permanent hate, it's just some temporary thing, for eg, I hate the weather today, something like that. I think he's more likely just scared of women we even see a panel where he imagines having a girlfriend but his thoughts cut short as he also imagines his girlfriend nagging him. He literally looks soo stressed. Honestly if it was under some other circumstance I would have called him a misogynist too but look at him he just looks so stressed. Also it's just manga so chill ha ha (●'◡'●)ﾉ
