If you follow the author on twitter or even follow the story for a while how you'll see the time difference of the uploads and it's because of how long it takes to make manga
The first volume was release back in 2017 and the 2nd volume around 2021? And now the third in 2024 so looking at the time frame it could be around 2-4 more years before the next volume if we are lucky since the mangaka is also working on coyote, their other work, it shows on twitter that they're in the process of inking and finishing up the final volume of coyote, and that could take months
Unlike manhwa and even episodal online manga, majority of Japanese manga are made to print, so they around 100-300+ pages to work with and they're made to be printed into paperback form so only finished mangas are published which could take years since they have to finish the book first and the amount of detail that they put in
So taking all that in consideration plus how the author mentioned health problems in their twitter I would estimate 2 years of waiting if we are lucky but because they are currently still working on another manga that's not close to finish and then she'll have to draft up a the outline and then ink up the next volume of this manga we could definitely wait to 3-4 or more years to get the next volume
Just praying it would be two years or else and she'll be healthy so that it won't hinder her or stop the manga before the end, also praying the last volume would be the last so we wouldn't wait more years before we finally see it complete

Plausible theory but I feel like the author would try to atleast have yeonjo follow through atleast attempted assassination to honor some of Yeonjo's feelings about revenge because suddenly forgetting or throwing the revenge plan that was a vital part of the story would definitely leave a bad taste
I think you're onto something though, maybe he'll go do the plan and when yeonjo thinks he succeeded or failed he'll try to kill himself, heeryang may save him or the other creepy dude who likes him
The one thing though is that it's still part 1 and seeing as we are already aodund 70+ chapters, there definitely has more to the story if we we'll have part 2 with similar ish chapter count and maybe part 3 also if the author has more to the plot that we don't know that's why I was seriously shocked when I noticed the openings still has it in part 1 when its been over 60 chapters already, meaning the story is far from ending

I loved this story more than I thought I would but I really didn't like how the other side characters were side tracked specifically yuri who has a strong presence in the early chapters but was suddenly pushed to the backburner, I wished we saw more about his own story and what's the backstory with the guy dojin fought with because he was trash talking yuri
I honestly feel like yuri has some feelings for someone, I really think it's dogun or jungmin because they were the only two he interacted with the most
Also f the guy who stole the design, not cool dude, that's stealing, wish he gets karma

The manhwa concluded in 2022 already and there's no sign for side stories which broke me because what's going on with Yuri?!?
Like even in the early chapters it was clear as glass that the older brother also had a brother's conflict, like it was obvious man, I don't see the plot twist at all
I skipped so many parts so the story is confusing but overall it's meh, good read if you only look at the art but I am not a big fan of the plot mostly because I don't like prostitution in stories
I honestly feel like my theory is coming to fruition, the end of part 1 would end with hee ryang's assassination, the author won't kill him off yet I know it
There's still part 2 which I am sure off, although I am unsure if there would be a part 3.for now I am sticking with the end of part 1 assassination attempt, part 2 would be the climax of the action
Maybe a coop for the throne now that hee ryang is indisposed, or chaos of some kind maybe even war from their enemies in the borders
But I am betting on chaos maybe even between the officials
Still leaning towards the hee Ryang fakes his own death and hide out while the chaos is on going within the story
If the assassination attempt does happen (although I bet that hee ryang would live) yeonjo will definitely have mix feelings about it, it already shows with how he hesitates
I feel like part 2 is where he finally confronts his feelings and thoughts on the matter

Jo has a lot of simps too but we just don't see it unless someone use that damn tag. The author has purpose for everything lol. She can't highlight her main leads simultaneously. I remember her saying all three of them will be highlighted. Right now she is creating a lot of hype for Jo while keeping him low profile because Jo as a character is still a mystery compared to TJ and Ian.
It's simple because Jo stans don't use the Wet Sand tags. Most of them refuse to use that tag. So that's why the tags are mostly filled with TJ and Tjian. The fandom have been in the war zone since the beginning and they just don't get along.
