I personally think this is a nice addicting plot. All three characters are shitty and liars but I want nanjo and mok to end up together.
Twink likes sex and plays. He has many partners and is not ready to commit. Whereas Nanjo is pretty ready to commit to one person (?), and mok has promised to commit (like he wasn't able to have sex with that person in bar)
So why not nanjo amd mok end up in monogamous relationship and twink enjoy his polygamy life witb someone else who is willing....

He is made to be seem as if he is one of the main characters. Trying to be made look cool, handsome and his excuses are seem to be made valid by the author. Ml being buddy with him is another red flag for me, even if now ml brings the moon for mc, he still remains a red flag.
