I can't be 100% sure that it's the right translation since I don't know any Korean and used Google translate, but the phrase "did you think how he would feel if you play with him and throw away?" is what MC heard and got upset with (it's in the next chapter). it makes much more sense for him to be frustrated if she really said "what harm can it make if you just play with him and throw away?"
it's more like "aren't you just playing with him"
