so i read the novel (search rainbow city on readhive) and because he’s considered a perfect mutant, he doesn’t technically have an obsession. BUT he does 100% develop one for seokhwa. not in a toxic way (like another character does…) but in a “i would take all your pain and give it to myself” type of obsession. like him getting extremely upset when seokhwa is sick, and wishing it was him instead
honestly? 8/10 story. i don’t know if readhive has all the extra stories, but the main story is good. it lost me at one point, but my interest got picked up again fairly quickly. it’s an engaging story!

just for yall to know. he’s not just a green flag he’s A WHOLE FOREST!!!!!! genuinely one of the few novels i’ve read that had me giggling and kicking my feet the whole time. he just loves her so much without being controlling or overbearing. seriously has raised my standards to the impossible

https://ateliersolaris.com/novel/follow-your-heart/ i recommend starting from the beginning, since it gives more insight to leejaes thoughts

making that choice is never easy. i’ve worked with various animals throughout my life, so i knew what was to come when the vet told me my dogs kidneys were failing. while i knew about the inevitable, i can’t imagine having hope only for it to all crash down like she did. having so much experience with animals has saved me from being crushed after having hope.

Last year there was a community cat we fed and he was such a sweetheart. Anyway, one night my cousin went out and saw the cat sitting there in loaf form and I guess he tried getting up and he couldn’t so she called out to us. When we went to him I saw he was injured. We think he was hit by a car and made his way to us. Not once did this kitty make a sound as we drove to the vet. The first vet denied treatment because he wasn’t *my* cat, so I found another place and lied that he was mine. Long story short, the injuries were too extensive and treatment would have been insanely expensive so it was decided it was best to let him go. I cried so much, but he knew he was loved till the end. I know he knew we would help and that’s why he tried so hard to make it back to us. I have his ashes, it’s the least I could do for him.

SHES BACK!!!!!
also, so glad for once in a manhwa where instead of being portrayed as a beast/barbarian a darker skinned character is portrayed as healing and loving. FOR ONCE!

Bro, I once read a cultivation manga (well, just ch1 but still) where the MC is born with dark skin, and the sect elders—or maybe his parents, I forget—say it’s some kind of foul physique or cursed bloodline or some crap, so they throw him out.
It hurt my soul from the sheer stupidity.
And to top it off, he later purifies his Qi or whatever and loses all his melanin.
Anyway, completely fair to feel victorious. Especially because Unnie is stunning.
you know, rereading the manhwa, you gotta wonder how much these people are spending. like the owner of the yorkie is constantly coming into the clinic. either she’s loaded or the costs of the clinic are lower than most like lately we’ve had to go to the vet very frequently for my sisters cats health and it’s so expensive. meanwhile this lady is just strolling in and having an appointment every other day it seems like
Are you american
yes haha
