I'm unable to like Jung Eunsung. And I don't know why.
Edit: I do know why.
Thank you for pointing that out. Yes, he is indeed difficult to empathize with at first. My dislike for him started between chapters 3-7, and even after rereading the entire manhwa, my opinion hasn’t shifted much. His initial impression left a strong mark, and despite understanding his circumstances better, I still struggle to forgive him for how he was introduced.
This isn’t influenced by any particular fondness for Lee Soohyun, though; his obsessive behavior towards the ML was equally frustrating. That said, I find myself empathizing more with his emotional struggles than Jung Eunsung’s, even though the latter endured something as horrific as molestation. It might sound harsh, especially as someone who has personally experienced SA, but I don’t see Jung Eunsung as a victim in the same way. Sharing this perspective feels uncomfortable, and I understand it could draw criticism, but it’s a conclusion I’ve come to after much reflection.
Why not just use "-ssi"?
this is the thing, i feel like much get lost in translations because "mr." is not really the same as "-ssi" even though they are ofc similar, but often i find translations losing these cultural contexts (like hyung becomes brother which is not always the case) and it's sad :( the translation itself is so good, but i wish they'd keep these culturally appropriate terms intact. yk, in the raws they actually use "-ssi", so like yeah

Should I be worried for chapter 43? Am I going to hate Matthew?
No u will love him
I did like him before. Now... I'm not really sure.
He is Good and u Fall in love with him in Time
I doubt. Especially after going through chapter 43 and 44...
Maybe Read more then just this and then u get why i say this
I believe, now matter how much I read "more" I won't be able to shake off these two chapters and what Matthew did.
Okay damn no point continuing the story then lol
It’s good and he is Good and also the way he saves jin is damn so Trust Read this
