Apologies but do the translator forget that they're translating a Korean Manhwa and the expressions and honorific that Koreans use reveal their closeness to each other. They don't just take each others name without any honorifics and it's frustrating reading this without those honorifics to understand the characters relationship. Do they forget we as readers understand at least 'some' Korean and to get the experience of the culture itself those honorifics play a huge part? It is extremely disappointing.
I believe the setting is in China? And they're Chinese? So, why the heck would anyone think to give them Western names? That will literally change the whole vibe of it. It's a good think they chose translate it but why change their names? For what big reason could there be!
At MT kid's name is Xie Duoduo and the daddy is Bai Jing & MC is Xie Tian. Translators often change character names as they think it would be more easy to read their names. I'm bad at remembering foreign names, but dislike the changes too.
you shouldn't hate on the translators, they use their money for these and do it for free. even if some of it doesn't make sense sometimes, you should still thank them for putting their effort into translating and uploading for everyone. They don't have to, but they do.
