Reading this hasnt been the most fun, the mood of the story so far is so heavy its actually influencing my actual mood but i think reality-wise, its on point.
We see these isekai stories of princesses winning people over with their cuteness but we gloss over the fact that theyre in tiny, defenseless bodies holding on to that small hope of being loved while struggling to look so innocent and cutesy while these two, I’d say, make more sense. To suddenly die and then be born and revert to being defenseless, these twins didnt even get to experience the adult world, dying at a mere 18, they were just teenagers unprepared for all this, its worse that they transmigrated in a setting wherein their roots alone make up for their whole identity, what with being defenseless and reverting to being children, even being 18 mentally or 23 wont help them when they were unable to experience an adult life & not knowing what kind of environment they’re in, death the only thing they have in mind when correlating to their own father.
And while I do dislike the royal family, what with their reasoning not rly enough for me and has a lot of (plot??) holes that defeat the purpose of them being THE it girls of this world as the ‘strongest’ and suddenly Rurahel was someone of equivalent power only to die by a tree stump, fr there are inconsistencies that i can only blame with the author/editing staff esp communication with the family, story-wise, (!!!) BUT its also terrible that were glossing over the fact that the emperor was ra*** and had kids he didnt even want who were forcibly taken from him when he made his resolve to spare them. His whim to spare them is shit, but its terrible knowing he just lost his wife that time, the only woman he loved & he experienced all this. And from the looks of it, the princes were well raised and actually have a good relationship with him outside of royal duties and positions.
Anyways, this is getting long, tldr: the story is ultra sad and the author is a sadist who doesnt give a shit with how the twins or we feel lol; hope they get better in future chapters :>

This was worth a while reading after i read the manhwa until the most recent chapter i was so confused about a lot of things it makes so much more sense now and my thoughts are clearer i thought i was reading to much into it cause a lot of things didn't make sense and the story plot needs improvements if u ask me drastic ones
