I'm enjoying the story but to call this "yuri" is quite a stretch. Seems solidly shoujo ai to me.

Yeah it's like you say. I'd loved to see it become a soft yuri story. Right now I really am enjoying a slow but well develop storyline like this one. We saw them turn form stragers to friends, and how hard it's for Fujishiro deal with her feelings towards Kurokawa (sorry if I misspelled). Now, their felling are growing, and soon we'll see friends turning into lovers (I hope but it will take some time) and the problems that means.
Buuut I sure would like to see them getting more intimate

A well written story, and I like this author's work even if it tends toward the dry and unemotional... My only real complaint a out TJ's work is the only characters having sex are the one-nighters and dumb-drunk-hookups. It's a trend with their work.
Conclusion: Since an artist's life is reflected in their work, TJ hates the notion of "making love". I honestly feel bad for them.

Some of us tried to be nice with our feedback but that obviously didn't work, so maybe this will work better...
"Hey translator... quit with the bullshit already. It would be better if this wasn't translated at all and someone with actual skills picked it up someday. As it is, you are completely ruining a great story since it is unlikely that another translator will come along and fix your f*cked up mess."
Maybe that approach will work...
-1 star for every 10 chapters without the ability to communicate. Down to 3 now. I'll give it a few more chapters before sheer boredom prompts me to move on.
