An anime announcement is pretty much the kiss of death for any good manga, and never does a thing but rehash the story in poor fashion (at best). Guess we can look forward to a half dozen updates over the next 2 years, followed by... nothing. Happy for author-san if it means money in their pocket but sad for all the manga fans out there who are about to be left in the cold.

Interesting allegory for our times... with the ridiculous levels of chauvinism in Asian countries combined with the pendulum swinging too damn far the other way in America ("the Force is feminine" and similarly discriminatory bullshit), this is quite a relevant story.
I guess finding a spot in the middle may truly be impossible for our species.

HOLY shitballs! How do these authors come up with so many creative ideas?? I mean WOW... I mean who EVER heard of a manga with a pervy, weak ass MMC paired off with a hot, powerful chick with giant titties and an attitude???
And the WAMMC (weak-ass-male-main-character) can *cook*?? That is just sofaking unique these days...
I'm just AMAZED at the level of creativity displayed here! No really...

How disappointing. This started as a wonderful and emotional love story... until it went off the rails about 5 chapters ago. It's like author-san tried to force it to be something it wasn't, then suddenly ran out of talent.
I guess this half finished sh*t chapter is the last we will see from Life of a Lily. I feel bad for the translator, who at least hung in there till the end.
I smell a health code violation...
