100% worthy of forgiveness. The trauma he went through was how he acted. Was what he did right? No, but after reading you’ll understand why he did what he did. He seeks therapy and is a new person. It’s a great story so far.
Just fyi, guy in cover is not toxic red flag bastard. I'm not even sure MC will end up with anyone at this point. He's focusing on himself (THANK YOU AUTHOR) and that says a lot in a plot with a very toxic asshole as one of the main characters.
The MC is honestly written so real that yes he deserves forgiveness for what he’s done and rn in the story he’s making active choices to better himself. Taehwan is a green forest, but Minho who we JUST got rid of is a piece of scum and absolutely should never ever be forgiven. Specifically for your question, Minho has done way to much stuff like cheating, slapping him, gaslighting, manipulating, and destroying his other relationships
And for reference rn Minho left for a different country so he will either end up with taehwan (amazing man) or alone :)
