That was so disappointing. Pretty much agree with @awwi that there was too much focus on the dead brother but thats not what bothered me the most. We still don't get how Joohoon and min woojin got to know each other, them cooperating was a plot twist but shouldn't we get a little background story on how they met etc? Same goes with Min wooden´s parents and his hate for his father. Too many questions. I still don't get Joohoon´s motive. I still don't know how Min woojin found out about Taemin´s accident and was in the hospital that day. Did the author give up on answering these questions because she doesn't have an answer or did she forget them? Or did I miss the part where they explain? It already bothered me how similar this story is to the light novel Kill The Lights but this one has no direction. But everybody here seems to be crying about how great it is so I guess Im the one who took the story too seriously?

Why was woo jin in the hosptital? He witnessed the accident that took tae min's life. How'd that happen? the most logical answer is that wooJin was finally coming to get tae min, but yes, that's the one unanswered question in your questions.

Do you remember when TaeMin followed Joohoon to a karaoke place? Joohoon was about to crack TaeMin's skull against a table when WooJin walked in. BAM POW Joohoon met WooJin. Of course WooJin is quite a famous guy. Joohoon recognized him. That's how they met. Other than an event like that, WooJin and Joohoon would never have come into each other's spheres.
There's no WooJin/Joohoon back story because there isn't one. Their only point of access to one another was that day when Joohoon was slamming Taemin's head, followed by WooJin pounding Joohoon.
Setting up the "fuck Jiwook" plan probably took about one visit and one or two phone calls between woojin and joohoon.
You asked why woojin hates his father. His father abandoned him in the slums is why, and he only came to get woojin because his son was dying and dad needed a replacement heir. an heir and a spare.

Otherwise how could he know about the accident? WooJin happened to witness the truck hitting Tae Min. He was there. It's not made absolutely clear, but how else would he know? Sorry, maybe that's speculation on my part. I seem to remember somewhere that it's stated that WooJin saw TaeMin's accident, but it's not in chapter 16. I checked, so maybe not.
To be sure, the author has some sort of idea of the whys and hows and could come up with an answer. She just didn't.
We don't know how or why WooJin might have watched TaeMin get killed, then followed the ambulance to the hospital or whatever, but, to me, the most logical answer is that WooJin was finally coming to get Tae Min so he could make TaeMin part of his world, but yes, that's an unanswered question. Sorry about the speculations.

The only glitch in the idea that WooJin and Joohoon met for the first time at the karaoke place is that as Joohoon walked by WooJin on his way out, he said something in WooJin's ear about a grand finale. sheesh.

What we do know is that it's a four hour trip from Tae Min's slum home to the area where the WooJin's mansion (lol), the Han family home, and Woojin and Han Siwon's high school is. It seems nearly impossible that WooJin was at the hospital unless it took Tae Min a long time to die. I hate that idea, but it would give woojin time to find out about the accident and get to the hospital. That would account for it except that the illustrations don't really support that idea.
You could drive yourself nuts with this stuff. LOL
One thing has always puzzled me. Tae Min did not walk in front of that truck against the lights. His pedestrian light was green when he stepped into the intersection, so why was the truck there to hit him? Drunk driver? Plot to kill Tae Min? haahaa again, nuts.
Thank God someone here gets the story! Seriously. I think it did get cut off, but that is most likely due to whatever contract agreement was made since the beginning. I think Haribo had planned a shorter story, but got carried away with going deeper and deeper into the characters and story. While it was cut short, I think so many people here are overlooking the wonderful parts of the story. I hope Haribo will get an opportunity in the future to weave a longer story and plotline. Longer stories are where her heart is.

Are you talking about Nari's master or Gi-hyun? There's not really much about Nari's master except that he saved her once when she was used as a sacrifice. Probably the same sacrifice like Woo hee's but it didn't work since she was a substitute and not the actual sacrifice that's Woo hee from my understanding at least with what she said about 'him' not appearing like before but Gi-hyun appeared. Her master just so happened to pass by the village and saved her. Nari's been searching for him for a long time in order to be with him again since he taught her about exorcism. Also the village was in a stagnate time where it never changed after the bet was made with the lord (from my understanding again) and since he lost, the village time finally moved again so everyone died. I'm guessing Nari use to live in that village since the master said since the time she entered she knew what the village was like and could've left but chose not to. The story is kinda confusing at parts even for me though I feel like some parts are missing where when Woo hee cried since Gi-hyun was hurting due to her. Either that or there was just a huge skip.

I read this a long time ago so I´ve forgotten the plot, I had to re-read everything to remember the story and wow, this is so good I love the girls personality. Thank you so much for the update. I really look forward to the next chapters . It feel like he´s walking on thin ice which can break anytime so I hope he doesnt become a criminal in the end

I've read very many rape stories and I don't mind them, however I really hate how the author takes rape so lightly. The first story was horrible. Being used like that by his parents and then the seme humiliates him .. I couldn't finish the rest. And it really annoys me how the ending is filled with comedy.
