In the reincarnation timeline, I am even more confused by their ages. Dowhi says he was with Seonjae at 19 when he graduated. Then the nigth Seongjae was with Dowhi and asked him if he liked him, he says he knew Dowhi for 20 years. And after that, Seongjae went to the miliatry then is seen again as a third year in college. I am assuming at this point, Seongjae is 22. But in future episodes, he mentions again knowing Dowhi for 20 years??
As for Sooyeon, I’m getting such creepy vibes with him and the brother When the brothers meet again after the older one we t abroad, Sooyeon was 18 and in high school. So an adult which is fine. Although the mom mentioned puberty with Sooyeon, which makes me question this?? Idk. But the older brother had feelings for him immediately, which lets me know he liked them as kids too. But the older brother seems MUCH older. Sooyeon was also a minor in Korea bc 19 is the age of adulthood there. Not too big of a deal to me personally, but is weird kinda.
But, a year passes and Idk if the older brother left or something, but he visits close to Sooyeon’s 19th birthday. And on his birthday. Sooyeon seems to already be in college and probably just started because it’s August. And then we see later when Sooyeon and Seongjae meet, Seongjae’s friend says he met Sooyeon 3 years ago at freshmen orientation. Sooyeon was also 2 years behind Seongjae bc be was the class of 18 and Seongjae was the class of 16. This means there was 2 grade differences between them, and at most a 3 year difference. However, if Seongjae is 22, and at 19 Sooyeon started college and met the friend at orientation 3 years ago, then Sooyeon would be 22 as well. But there has to be at least a one year age difference given the grade difference and Seongjae also refers to Sooyeon as his hoobae, and Seongjae mentioned 20 years again when he was with Dowhi?? The only thing I can think of, is that Dowhi first mentioned seeing Seongjae again at 2 years old. So, maybe Seongjae was 2 when they met and has known him for 20 years, meaning he is 22. But Then Sooyeon’s age still doesn’t make sense
