The 'traitor' twist was actually the Demon King's trap to get the Top 10 players to kill each other because that's how they were killed back on their life before they became the demon king.
Basically sis was a monster who ate people and they come out like as perfect healthy beings.. I still don't understand what the fuck she was but she ate people and everytime she ate she 'healed' people around the continent and she was regarded as a saintess until a plague came on her name and the church ordered her dead.
but since she thought she was getting betrayed despite helping all these people she wanted to return the favor hence the fake traitor among the top 10.

Well, the psychotic priest did, other than the heads of the tower aka the snake, the count, the witch, the priest, the old man, the mc, the priest killed like 3 or 4 of the top 10 rankers just because he wanted to find out who was the traitor and tried to kill the heads of the towers when none of them was the traitor. it's fucked up lol
