This whole comment section is really just Team Yonemura Vs Team Andou imo they both had their faults Yonemura being too passive and Andou jumping to conclusions honestly I understand how Andou feels cuz like if my man promised to be at my birthday but was at the police station with a guy who seems to be touchy or likes him also the fact that Yonemura took Andou to the police station before and Andou and mitsuharas personalities were pretty similar I'd be thinking what if he was first or stuff like that so I think Andou was justified and honestly Yonemura behaved very understandably with age comes passiveness he's like a big calm ocean and u need alot of power to move an ocean he just allowed things to take its natural cause but I think they were pretty good together

Theoretically speaking we can't actually do this cuz correct me if I'm wrong people on deserted islands or those who don't have contact with the rest of the world aren't vaccines and if a vaccines person comes near them they end up getting really sick so I guess I can't have my primitive island boy bae
Nah, it doesn't really have anything to do with vaccines per se.
We carry a ton of bacteria and viruses that we are already immune towards (some of which don't even make us sick anymore, as far as I know, since we have been resistant for generations). They however, never got vaccines or even came in contact with our vicious illnesses that may be very small and simple for us. They could die from just getting an average cold from us or shaking hands with us.
So yeah, this type of plot is unrealistic but for a 'fanatasy' plot it's one of the most interesting to me personally. :)
It's not a deserted island as there are people living there. A deserted island is either completely uninhabited or not permanently inhabited (which this one clearly is). It's quite clear this particular tribe has had contact (perhaps on more than one occasion) with outside people, evidence from the radio, the boat, and the older brother's more "modern" clothing and the fact that he can speak Japanese fluently. Even if the rest of the tribe didn't have direct contact with outsiders, they would have exposure due to the older brother anyway (and it seems like the older brother makes frequent trips to a more "modern" or more heavily populated area as well). If the tribe didn't have any of these previous exposures than yeah, highly dangerous and unrealistic, but I think it's okay as there is evidence of previous exposure
One of the reasons I pretty much keep away from stories where the one of the leads had a lover that passed away I always end up thinking of the dead lover like always it just hurts
What a bittersweet end. Also even tho I'm Ryan was a dickhead I still cried at the scene where he held Cecilia I think he just cared sooooooo much about those who he considered family and would stop at nothing for them to be stable ughhh my heart this whole manhwa was so bittersweet
