I have nothing against him having completely different personas! I think it's a great way to talk about Japanese social pressures. Mostly what I didn't like was how he only ever talked about negative things or complained to Tsuzuki. It's a lot of negativity to constantly take in, amd them how if he doesn't respond the right way Kei will blow up at him. It feels like Tsuzuki is putting in more emotional labor and to me that would be exhausting. Altho I don't think it was right of Tsuzuki either to be weirdly passive aggressive and then just wait for Kei to figure out jt was cuz he was jealous, it makes for a not very healthy relationship dynamic. Obv they like each other which is what matters, but it couldn't be me
