All Jae does is act like a cold, horny bastard with an occasional kind thing to say.
But not once has he ever verbalized his words of affection.
Yet the bottom character, whom the authors/artists always womanize, is supposed to just figure all it out on their own?
Fucking kidding me?
This troupe is so overused.

This is one of the yaoi's that is actually a MLM.
It's not just visually drawn porn, but actual plot.
Probably the only yaoi where I don't just skip to the fuck scenes.
The story has me hooked.

Preach
Obviously we read basic smut but its nice to have something with literal plot at times. Idk how it was for you but it helped that for this one i was able to bingeread like around 60 chapters. And you can really see the different arcs. A lot of stories have some kind jealousy circle that comes back again and again and it feels like jealousy is some kind of its own arc??

Well, from what I know of my own culture (I'm mixed Asian), is that jealousy is seen as an attractive trait. It means you actually care about and want the person you're dating. But if you're not jealous, then it means you don't actually care.
Which, of course is toxic brainwashing.
But you'll see it a lot in kdramas, jdramas, and other Asian love dramas-- jealousy is a kain troupe.
And not in a "let's go to couples therapy about this, and figure out why you're so insecure and jealous," but in a "let's continue to have assumptions and horrible communication, because there can never be any other serious reasons couples fight than insecure emotions we have for eachother."
I'd really love a drama where they fight over bills or insurances, and needing to get multiple jobs and go to school-- in hopes they can make it to a better financial environment and situation.
But when it comes to eachother and matters of the heart, they trust and live eachother, and don't get jealous because of friends nor exes.
I wanna see a healthy couple fighting over the actual problems of the world instead of made up drama for the sake of drama.

Love: Definitely feeling the love in this story between the two. Have to admit it was a bit of a fuckfest at first, but those scenes were so well done and SO HOT that it was easy to get caught up in it. Also, they have undeniable chemistry in which their desires perfectly align at those moments so that all their sex escapades seem organic.
Jealousy: Same with the jealousy (Jake when it comes to Ross), but again it it felt like a natural progression of the situation. Ross is a POS, but this wasn't apparent to Shin at first glance. He's attractive and Shin's brief consideration of having fun sex with Ross was when they first met and he wasn't taking Jake seriously about the "no sleeping with anyone else" clause in their agreement, nor did he have any romantic feelings toward Jake. He thought he was just a gangster's side piece. Jake also doesn't like Caesar getting close to Shin, which is totally innocent. However, it shows a very human side of Jake where he is not totally confident with his standing with Shin. Shin is clearly his greatest weakness.
Lube: Yeah, they're totally loaded when it comes to lube. Even to the point when they ran out of their large Costco supply, they had to resort back to Shin's low-quality hand cream freebies. Nice detail.
The in-depth character development is seriously one of the best I've ever come across in a BL

I know. I just feel an overwhelming amount really don't even understand what it means to be gay.
Like, unless one is a trans woman or self identified sissy, they're both men fucking men.
Not a man fucking a male woman, but they always gotta make one of them the girl, and always crying, and always begging to stop.
It's literally glorified rape.

Actual gay writers, even female gay writers won't write something this disgusting and fetishy. Except for a few who are into some questionable kinks like rape or humiliation (which is so gross to me). Anyways, I think it's mostly straight writers who write shit like this cus they fetishise gay people. The same for straight guy who write yuri or straight woman who write yaoi without wanting to understand what it's like to be lgbt or even care to be respectful. So I do get your comment but don't you think it's a little sexist for you to say? It's probably not your intention but it did come across like that to me.
As a non binary person, I always ask myself, why must a position be correlated to a specific sex? Like if it's the one recieving, that person is a girl and if the person is doing it, that person is a boy?
I think it's really harmful to people who don't even want to be considered like that. Can a person on the recieving end just likes it and not seen womanly? Like they just like it. That's it. Being top or bottom shouldn't be like man or woman position at all. I feel like society should definitely get rid of that idea. And whoever write gay stories shouldn't stereotype. While there are exclusive tops and bottoms, there are also switches. All are valid. Representation is so important.
Anyways, finding real good lgbt mangas/manhwas on mangago are really rare nowadays. It's all glorified rape and abuse sadly enough.
A little boy and a priest walk into a yaoi.
How typical. I think I just turned asexual.
Lol
Not all ace people are sex repulsed
