seems like the author wanted to focus more on mc's struggles to him being able to admit those struggle to him trying to get better... there are also relapses scenes that makes more realistic. im also glad that the author ended things like that (with the mother and mc's relationship. it was beyond repairable)
well, the ml was actually so in love with the mc. he's always there for him (aside from those 4yrs)
the idea of mc being able to realize his preference/s in bed through that guy disgust me so much.
