Only 26 and already the head physician of the largest hospital in the city! Can manga creators be less ridiculous and more realistic with their stories???
Edit:I understand why everyone is pissed off! First off , the leader doesn’t look black African at all,his skin is dark but doesn’t have the same features as his fellow tribesmen who do look African (if we ignore the donut lips) ,so it openly says the most beautiful, capable and sensible person in the tribe is the one who looks least African, this reminds me of when me and my black friend visited Korea and koreans were complimenting her by saying “you are so pretty for a black person”!!!
Second issue is the author’s sense of superiority and condescending attitude as a soft-skinned white(?)Chinese towards rough-skinned jet black (only shorts can be seen) uncivilized African people!
So even I, a white person, found all these extremely offensive! But there are some good points about the story as well. The doctor’s character is somehow interesting, when most people try to mask their real thoughts and views while interacting with new people or getting exposed to a new culture , he doesn’t, he just says and acts how he feels is the right way to, which makes his character interesting and complex , the main problem is the author’s attitude in narrating the story which is heavily driven by her own sense of superiority as a white(?) Chinese!
All in all , I would like to read more of it, I’ve seen worse and we shouldn’t forget that the main audience is Chinese people which they will most likely love this and it doesn’t really matter to the creator if the rest of us find it offensive!

Since chapter one they were talking about him and you guys recently noticed he has a brother?! Weird!
They’re not blood related, this is what their grandma said so probably the dead brother’s mole was fake! It has always been implied these two had a weird brotherly relationship kinda sexual mostly from the dead brother’s side since Seo In seems he always hated him!
So cute but kinda slow paced!
