I love the Ahjuicy memes though. :( I will miss it. Not sure with the notyou translator but base on other mangas I've read, they should've asked permission from the first uploader.. otherwise, it jist plainly rude to barge in and upload. :(
My first opinion for the first few chapters I read aka 1-20ish.. I read a lot of summary and most mentioned that uke should just end up with the Dr. . . .but, for some unknown reason, what the Dr is doing is way out of line.. like, he already knew that uke was dating someone (this is before he knew that seme is cheating) but he is still kinda trying to make a move... like, inviting him as guest in his house ( because he likes him?) .
So, hmmm, he is not the kind of 3rd party I want the MC to end up with though this is only my opinion for the first few chapters.
PS. Let's not include the A.h seme in my opinion..

I'm glad I didn't cry.. but, I just feel so hurt for Zhi (uke)
I might be immune to mc/ml cheating coz of yaoi (not shounen ai) but just a few things I noticed.. the ML/seme was a good/great guy at first as described by Zhi (uke) but at some point, started cheating and abuse him... while Dr. was a playboy at first (as what his brother said regarding him to stop playing around again) but became a good/great guy.
The roles might be vice versa for the both of them but still we never really know.. since not all good ppl are good..
I hope Dr.Ai will become happy. And at the end chapter, Zhi still loves the seme, the seme he once knew from highschool... his feelings might not be love for the Dr. but the feeling of being comfortable with someone beside you is just so.... urgh can't exactly describe it, but it is a good feeling.
Anyway, this is a good read.

Seme will become immortal.
It was a scene where the ghost pretend as the uke and kissed the seme. There's a black thingy transferred in Seme's mouth that made him vomit blood. Can't remember if he was dragged in the pond.. but, setting was changed in a pond with a withered tree beside it.. and, in there he almost died(?) Or he literally died? The real uke showed up and randomly pluck a branch of the withered tree and swayed it when the ghost wants to go near hin.. branch of tree was kinda magical and made a damage on the ghost. He grabbed the chance to go to Seme. Seme suddenly turns human like (pinkish color lol) ... it was at that moment he became immortal. So, the last chapter showed an old uke when they visited the tree (btw, it turns into sakura tree) and it also showed when uke became jiisan and died. (Wait lemme wipe my tears). Last panel seems to be a future, and seme is still alive in that era. TTATT
PS. I just enjoyed the extra chapters.. it's an AU where seme, uke, niichan and niichan's uke were office workers. Huhu just. . . Lemme have that AU.

This manga was my frustration to read before... coz I was having hard time checking the last chapter just to see the ending. . . Anw, it has a happy ending. As I can remember. I'm sorry to others but I like to uke. It isn't his fault why he became broken like that. :( it is always always the environment and the ppl around that can make you change

I do think that he starts to like Ryuji somewhere in ch.3 tho he still likes Keigo coz obviously, you can't just unlove the guy you love for xx years like poof, it's magic. Not all love is magical. And, this story is much much better than yaoi with angst. Lol. Maybe, you haven't read a lot yet so gambare! Hope your heart can take it OwO
