I have empathy over Jieun.. She is a bitch, yes! But all of her actions are a result of being manipulated, having anger and resentment to all that happened to her...... Which made her seek revenge and not a 1-dimensional antagonist.

When you are filled with hate and anger.. You will thirst for revenge, trust me, it will!! That is why some manhwas emphasizes a character that got her justice through revenge.

1. She got sent into unknown world by a terrible god with no brains and she has no qualms of idea of where is she and to who she should side with.
2. She got indirectly manipulated too by the duke in the 1st life.. She was told by the duke that if she fails to seduce the prince.. She will be raped by the royals for she is no saint.. And she was made into a chess piece by the duke too... Cause in the end.. She was killed by the duke with her child..
And that is a happy ending!!
3. She has no title aside a rumored saint..
Why I emphasized this one?? Because imformation about politics and houses might be only available to royals and nobility... And Jieun is no noble...
