Mama said knock you out! I love how FL protects and loves her partners. It makes even more sense that was suppose to be in the protagonist body, I like the spin in her being the villainess role/body. But I’m sad that the fate of the world hinges on her death, I guess it’s like when the antagonists win in otomes or video games it’s literal game over. Except, the gods messed up in this world and she changed a reputation that was that seemed beyond repair. She’s so cool, that’s why her “sister’s” soul stalked her to another world I guess.

* just some thoughts*
I think if the cover can be trusted and based on how much time she's spent with Felix and the Butler that Felix trapped her in this mansion and hired the Butler to care for her. What it seems like we get from this difficult/hard version of the Otome is the insider/deeper parts of the male leads. I think the system or whoever trapped her in the mansion is unfair/strange, why give a person a choice to have a mission then say its mandatory, it the candy was essential to the plot but in tomes the player has to live with that missed info, it should have been "mandatory mission" from the beginning. Maybe that Feliz liked the OGFL but all the turmoil, conflict, longing, lust/love is mixed in his view of self and with Sera, at this point I wonder if the priest and knight will have the same amount of time with Sera. And I miss the Butler, does he know what's going on? Will there be a reverse harem of sorts. ( ̄へ ̄)

It will be interesting if the butler is supposed to be an instigator to drive the two farther apart but then just became interested in her. As for the finance, I feel like he definitely went down a twisted path of trying to navigate how he feels towards her and chose to torment her with hatred as a way of staying in control of how he sees her.
As for the system, it feels like a twisted psychological factor. Giving someone the false expectation of having a choice while navigating such an odd situation only to turn around and tell them there is no other choice. Almost like a default fix for if a player was to be too calm with handling everything. Like being on a time crunch with trying to get out of an area with someone who hates you enough to end you is stressful, but receiving a message that you are being force to clear another mission before leaving right as soon as you are finishing your escape is absolutely devastating ( ̄∇ ̄")

That would be interesting if the Butler was asked to make things harder for her, and if that aspect of his job he chose not to do as he grew to like her like you said. I do agree the system seems very twisted, I’ve seen one system so far that had a consciousness and somewhat concern for the player. Yes, I like your example, in this case it’s like you have to make the best of what you get with a system that doesn’t care about your wellbeing. ( ̄へ ̄)

Instantly liked the butler, was gonna like the duke (“Felix”) regardless since in the normal/easy mode he seemed to become less arrogant and more doting with the protagonist/FL. But now knowing his origin story I know he never hated “Sera” (villainess), he hated himself, I would’ve never guessed he was an illegitimate child, and that he thought much like everything else in life he was undeserving of her. I like him more now, can’t say I would’ve handled the gun situation even half as well as she did. And I think this is a single love interest Otome since the person who locked her up hopes she chooses him, but so far I want the butler and the duke. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

I may go back on my word but I may wait several chapters and come back…misunderstanding and miscommunication is so exhausting, plus adding the major secrets in the mix is even worse.
More of my thoughts….
I like the leads, and I notice how deeply FL has learned to blame herself for everything while the ML believes no one could possibly love him. I just wish the FL had some observation skills and realized her last man didn’t ever love her. He loved the chase and sex, the man she’s with is capable of great love once someone breaks through his walls.

Like that everything is going smoothly, and at the same time I had a suspicion that the FL would think she could easily throw away all that married talk as soon as her older bro was in the clear. I hope it doesn’t take too long for her to realize that she either really likes or loves Zerkan separate from saving her older bro.

Yea, there’s often a way of distancing that happens when someone is transported to a world that they’ve read about or played through in a game. If the person was just transported to another world they knew nothing about they’d have far less knowledge about its world and people but would understand that everything is their reality…there may be no way to go back…and allow themselves to care more. She had convinced herself that Zerkan was a psycho at first, then like you said she saw the child abuse/neglect and tried to indirectly help him by appearing as an average child having outbursts or consoling him by using a flower that had to go through a lot but is still beautiful, she even gave him a jewel that fathers give their sons. I don’t think she would have tried so hard of not for the OGFL or her older bro, which makes me sad for Zerkan but he got a better life so at least there’s that.

Just my thoughts…
I get both sides, I mentioned this somewhere in the comments before on another section about the choices made behind the scenes for how a story gets revealed to an audience. I’ll start off by saying, yes the emotional build-up was lessened in places that take away from what the characters are going through and it’s saddening when it doesn’t seem like it would cost too much to do. It happens so often when deciding what to depict from a book or novel. I do think a person who only reads the comic will maybe emphasize and feel what’s given, then when reading the book/novel understand the weight of what’s missing or could have gone deeper. I do wish for some of the deepness that may have not been hard to depict. In this case I’ve only read the comic, without the spoilers I understood that the FL was taken advantage of by those who should love her, then thrust in a storyline where her character who was also used by “family.” The way the Edith character was created she suffered in silence, while the OGFL eventually got people to protect and genuinely love her. I thought no matter what the other 12 Ediths did they were doomed to a sadistic end, while everyone but the OGFL were under different levels of brainwashing. I think what the comic does well is how the brainwashing to force a certain view or storyline involves a mental battle, like Edith being a snake or seductress for Killeon. He had to fight the messages flowing into his brain, while Cliff chose not to fight and submit willingly to them. I like how the duchess psyche was portrayed as she wanted to be a fair and kind mother in law to both daughters but something kept getting in the way. I felt the sadness from the clear favoritism between Killeon and Cliff to the point that Killeon needed to break free from his family with the unexpected love, how Edith wanted peace but truly came to love not only Killeon but a few others at the duchy and chose not to run. It does seem kinda last minute to know what the author went through especially when I’d rather see the reunion. (⊙…⊙ )
Thanks for the uploads! Can we have chapter 83, I wondered what happened since suddenly chapter 84 came up. I read it regardless, but I’d like to know why the main culprit fled and how she stole the beetle headpiece. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
