I got by the title "her men" that it would be a reverse harem for the OGFL. I usually really like them if all the partners are loved and treated fairly. I get the FL not be being upset about the first fiancé since the engagement was before birth, second seemed to be a magician that I usually like but okay he joined the harem, maybe it's the calm before the storm I'd be furious about the ML I gave my heart to that uttered that same garbage about fallen for "titi"....like did are time together mean nothing to you...literally how is she better and she already had 2 guys at that point but if you'd stayed you'd be her only. And the OGFL yes it's her world but it's clear she can have as many guys as she wants why steal the hidden character with her protagonist buff or is there brainwashing? Then this 4th fiancé is good with pining for OGFLs love without her even knowing about while being married to someone else. I mean he was cool with an open relationship so that's something but it must have been another hard slap in the face...I did think it be fun if he was rejected and then only had the FL to lean on and maybe slowly some sense would seep in. I'd want to be a smart villainess and find ways to hurt the OGFL for toying with me. I have high hopes for the crown prince ML...please don't disappoint. ( ̄へ ̄)
I like that she gave an apology to her son for how her past self behaved/treated him, told him she loved him, and threw him a birthday party for ones not thrown in the past. I was surprised that she didn’t remember her husband’s name since she was trying to help him lower his guard around her and at some point coparent. Just being called by one’s title is strange, but I like that she could only think of his nickname that worked in her favor.
The sheer passion and communication through body and words allowed Lux to fully trust Hana. I think their bond is stronger than ever, and I got my wish. Lux said I love you in his way, “you can have everything including my heart!” ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
Instead of the protagonist it’s looking like Hilda is rooting for Priscilla. I do love that she’s making a plushie for the countess even if it’s a goat head it’s better than a real one and she got some sort of herb to help with her recovery. She probably won’t but would she make Adrian an angel or Devil plushie if she gave him one? I know it’s Hilda’s decision to increase the interest of whoever she chooses, but maybe it would be in the Devil’s best interest to win favor with Hilda…he won’t find out anything by testing her since that just increases her fight/flight. Right now he has his mind control and the doctor, but his mother has the church scheming to be rid of him and Hilda’s right there with them.
Adrian is a clever Devil and he was not going back on his order this time with the tea. For a moment I thought maybe he has a sense of humor and it will be a terrible tasting tea that he says is good for her health to pay her back for all her “compliments.” But no it was legit poison, and how was he able to cover his murderous intent, Adrian considers her a threat still instead of being useful…I mean Hilda just wants to survive. I wanna get to that point where they can lower their guard with each other, but that may be a ways off. ╥﹏╥
I like that the FLs are vibing but it’s so sad her ML didn’t get a dance…it always frustrates me when the FL has a one-track mind and they alter the very fabric of the storyline. ( ̄へ ̄)
I liked a bit of the build-up and wish I could have seen more of the ML incubus unknown cute, kind, heroic side, but the older incubus aspect isn’t something you see. Especially one that hadn’t been “eating” regularly, I like the FL and I’d think that a few others would see his appeal.
*spoiler*
The fact that he hadn’t always known about his demon genes is also different, since his grandfather was an incubus wouldn’t he still be alive and young? Did he leave and not show his grandson the ropes? ( ̄へ ̄)
ML is kinda rude and dishonest, but oddly nice when FL is literally trying to rip his horns out of his head. It always makes me laugh when seeing isn’t believing she saw the horns pop right out and still asked if it was cosplay, that would be some impressive shit if it was. Plus, I’m thinking it will be a llllooooonnnnggg hard road before they like each other and his “prophetic dream” takes place…he’d be so fun to tease and I don’t have the virtue of patience. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
This time the ML is the one getting dumped and his engagement renounced…that’s really different. He’s so sweet and caring and his fiancé thawed him away so easily for an equally good looking high-powered magic-user. I hope Karma goes to the most deserving.
FL fam refuses to update their wardrobe or mindset, must be incredibly difficult for her to ever adapt to the world or discover what she wants.
Don’t get me wrong style/fashion can ostracize people many times over. At first glance the FL and her family’s style may be more outdated depending on whatever time period the author wrote her characters in. The exaggerated makeup, big/tall hair, wavy collar reminds me of maybe early 18th century Victorian looks that were common/popular at a time. ( ̄へ ̄)
I’d be mad at dolphins like Sabian but here we are…yes their relationship is progressing smoothly based off their past experiences and I really like how much they’ve changed. But can we graduate to a kiss please author. Abi believes she’s taking advantage of him and that Sabian would never love her due to his fear of women and Sabian is having his first love and had no idea about healthy human relationships because of mother’s influence and royal responsibilities. I want some miscommunications cleared before chapter 200. But I’m excited about Blanche’s ability and what motivates the little mermaid (Nadia).
When he takes her away. Spirit her away Ishakan, away from the too tight corsets, starvation, unrealistic expectations that crush her soul. I’m sad that she doesn’t remember him at all especially since her happy moments are few, I’m wondering what the reason is. What’s fun is you can be honest with him and he wouldn’t get mad. ヾ(☆▽☆)
“How life goes around, the same people you see going up…you see ‘‘em going down…” that’s song came to my head looking at OGFL’s distraught face. I know it would be extremely hard and I’ve read the spoilers already, but it would have worked out so much better if the author had created a polyandry/polyamory type world to have both the MLs who were in a way “created to love her,” but she wanted a world where her characters had no freewill, someone’s always heartbroken, the villainess is actually a political tool for her father not truly wicked (why put a fellow woman through that intentionally?), and the world is on repeat. As an author I’d love that Killian was thinking long term and wanted to be a devoted husband to his actual wife. Why not accept that she no longer has redos, stop brainwashing her fiancé/husband and love him, support her other characters and truly live out her life for the first time. Σ(っ°Д °;)っ
I do like that the FL trained herself in swordsmanship and magic to prepare herself for being the disadvantaged villainess and in case she was brainwashed and the ML fell for the OGFL she’d have one night with him. But that led him to train and better himself to proudly stand by her and I do prefer the efforts of his hard work. I’m a little sad that the demon lord will be used or may be the typical villain, I like when the demon lords don’t do what’s expected.
I didn’t think that coat belt would hold Lux but it somehow did or he really liked being at Hana’s mercy. I liked her embracing him all over. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
I know there are many comparisons with Beauty and the Beasts but there are some differences and pros that I like better. I like that the MC seems to listen to her beast partners and they come to more of a collective decision on what to do, since they both have knowledge…she has the info from her guide and they’ve lived there since birth. Even though all of her partners are predators and compete for her love nothing trumps her health. The white tiger partner is more mature and considerate of her other partners much like the white tiger from Beauty and the Beasts, but the Black snake partner is more insecure due to being bullied/exiled and less possessive then red snake from B&B. Her wolf partner is similar to the leopard from B&B in wanting to have sex with her often to reaffirm their bond, but the wolf partner’s father was neglected/abandoned by his partner and he has a dormant fear of it happening to him. Both have bird partners with complications, in B&B her snake partner nearly killed her bird partner then he returned the favor by nearly killing him. RBW’s red bird partner is arrogant since he’s so strong and thinks he can easily charm the MC. One thing that I like better in B&B is that the female partner gets a tattoo that proves their bond and some power like increased strength or speed. One thing that confuses me is that the females look so human and don’t get abilities from the beast their modeled after. And since humans don’t exist in these world I’d think the MC had to prove her worth more and that she’s not a threat, but everything’s alright as long as she’s pretty.
I really do and it will lead up to why they separate for like 13 years, but it gets frustrating thinking about the present. The fact that they get to live in a little safe bubble with a big fairy isn’t something you see everyday. I want to get back to how she thought he’d get with the OGFL and abandoned her while he wants to finally be “eaten up” and cherished by her. I wonder if there will be equal parts past and present. ( ̄へ ̄)
I was seriously thinking about the OG Otome…it has the draw of good-looking demons, sex scenes, but it wouldn’t draw a large audience if the MC/FL only served as an unlimited magical source to the next potential demon lord/king and died from the rape and abuse. If the NPC 7th prince (Caius) is killed right at the beginning by his brothers and the strong magic doesn’t offer any use/protection to the MC it makes the players not only feel helpless but hate the demon princes and game itself. It made more sense for it to be how it is now with the MC being able to harness her own magic and put up a fight, demanding respect from demons. Oftentimes demons respond to someone who stands-up for themselves even when he/she may not be able win. I like that Cai is encouraged to standup to his brothers because of Mia and she showed Calef and Luka that she wasn’t afraid of them and wasn’t bending to their wills.
Every time I think Hilda can’t get more entertaining and ridiculous she outdoes herself. I could barely get through the chapter. I like that she got the ability to detect the Devil’s emotions, but what’s ironic is her supernatural ability to make him speechless. Lol water droplets “tasting like tears of an angel” and his pillows kissed by his hair, it’s serious fandom or stakerish talk so I get Adrian’s reaction. But, I’m sad that he never finds her a little funny…she clearly gets extreme when he gets all muerdery, so can you blame her? I’m also sad that his interest isn’t high enough that she’s free of his killer intent, how will she talk herself out of that poisoned tea? Future Hilda: “I can’t drink something that my precious master made me…it’s too wonderful my heart can’t take it. I’m so touched you’d brew tea for little old me! Surely a mere maid shouldn’t be blessed by an angel!” ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
