I think its time for me to stop reading this cuz I literally cannot take it anymore, i felt like sinking myself into the ground every time “sister in law” was said, this story was fun at first but it just got progressively worse and worse, the author putting heteronormative nonsense on to the main characters is so fucking annoying and is literally one of my biggest icks in bl, it’s honestly so unrealistic and painful to read like i cannot stop cringing every two seconds
I never said i saw a problem with people doing that, but this is obviously very forced and most queer couples wouldn’t do that because obviously it makes us uncomfortable most of the time, and no its not somewhat it literally is just forcing straight terms on someone that is clearly in a gay relationship, it’s very obvious that the author has never been around an actual queer person and definitely aren’t queer themselves and most definitely is a cis woman.
(Reply to “Mikeals pocket pushay” who replied to my reply to “munchie” but since munchie probably wont let anyone reply anymore i have to do it like this) So now it doesn’t matter because it’s fictional and what not even tho y’all were the ones who had a problem with him being white and turning into a African animal in the first place? Why didn’t it matter at first then? Y’all have to realise that Africanness is not blackness and blackness is not Africanness, not all black ppl are going to be african nor are all white ppl are going to be from America or Europe, anyone can be from different continents no matter what their race or ethnicity is, nationality race and ethnicity are all different things and don’t always have to go hand in hand with each other. I was born raised and lived my whole life in Europe and have two citizenships from two different European countries which obviously makes me European no matter my race or ethnicity, by nationality i am and always will be a European just like a white person or anyone of any race or ethnicity can be african without being there from colonisation or what not. The guy could also have indigenous north african dna instead of “black” african dna or rlly any indigenous african dna other then the black indigenous african dna, its like when (for example) Nigerian Americans who have lived in canada for generations most likely have Canadian dna in them especially if they lived in predominantly canadian places same thing goes for like canadian africans who lived in africa for generations etc etc

Would’ve been a nice story if not for the gross undertones.
