I think Henri came from a noble demon family, and one of the 13's so he cant just be bringing a half human child in the underworld. The mangas maybe either Henri or his wife was the one who's a fan of it. I mean Clara's dad is a traveller who has brought things from the human world too. So it's not impossible to have them.

Wdym barely anyone noticing? Henri is convinced that Sullivan smuggled Iruma from the human world. Remember Sullivan was detained before right? For suspecting to smuggle a person and illegal entry to the human world. If barely anyone noticed why would he be detained for that knowing he is one of the 3 greats? Even Baal and Kirio knows he is a human. The others suspect Iruma is a human they just dont have any concrete proof. As for Ameri if her mum's a human like I said she would be half demon which would of course would be evident from her somehow or the other (scent etc) But no she is just a full pledged demon and she doesn not do anything like masking scent etc.

So hanging out in a public place, you wouldnt suspect anything. It's not like he took him to a hotel or something to make Shion feel sus.
