This is still ongoing. There are already 100(?) chapters and they are all focused on improving Max's insecurities, traumas and her relationship with Riftan. Not much has been discussed about her time with his father and no revenge has been mentioned so far. And yes, for me Max and Riftan's encounters are fluffy and smexy. (▰˘◡˘▰) Although a bit slow, we should just be thankful we can read this for free.

No, the jellyfish they were talking about was Mitsuki. Mitsuki appeared in his mother and uncle's dream saying they should follow what their hearts desired, his uncle followed what Mitsuki suggested and had a lover which he gave up everything for. Now, his mother blames the jellyfish(mitsuki) because he was the one who suggested to follow his heart.

And now I'm confused on what exactly happened to his uncle, in early chapters they said that the uncle died of overwork for his lover and the said lover left him. Now in the last chapter, he saw a picture of his uncle with a happy family. This is what I was asking about, did the uncle really died? Then what is that picture he saw? Maybe his grandfather just hid his uncle's family because they are being pressured by the values of their family.
