hey sis i was honestly curious too bc i haven’t reread this in a long time n i went back n looked… i think it was bc kiriya was trying to get the brothers attention … ? if that makes sense… bc they were asking what hizurus / kazutos relationship was to him , and their mafia cant be exposed. since they DIDNT really give them a proper answer, they tortured them a bit?
