Chapters 1 & 2 are based on the present where Yukimura is a sensei who is being pursued by his student Kei while being pestered by his ex Kitakami. Chapter 3 is a flashback of Yukimura and Kitakami's days back in uni, when they first got together.
In all honesty I love the artwork and so far the characters are adorable but I just felt a little hurt while reading ch. 3. I don't know it's just it felt really wrong since I've been rooting so hard for Kei. (￣∇￣")
Fuck this manga? Like, don't get me wrong, it was amazing. But fuck it. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH I CAME HERE FOR A GOOD TIME AND HONESTLY I AM FEELING SO ATTACKED RIGHT NOW.
I haven't felt this hurt since I read that one revenge manga and BL.

inb4< "BLAH BLAH MUTSUKI IS A GIRL BLAH BLAH" I obviously already know this and have pretty much known since the first chapter of TG:re but I am respecting the fact that Mutsuki prefers to be distinguished as a male and not a female for several reasons.
