Chapters 1 & 2 are based on the present where Yukimura is a sensei who is being pursued by his student Kei while being pestered by his ex Kitakami. Chapter 3 is a flashback of Yukimura and Kitakami's days back in uni, when they first got together.
In all honesty I love the artwork and so far the characters are adorable but I just felt a little hurt while reading ch. 3. I don't know it's just it felt really wrong since I've been rooting so hard for Kei. (￣∇￣")
