I think its probably because it takes time for the other Noi's to be brought into the current timeline. They didn't know about all the possible Noi's until the noi that was born started to learn things. After that, all the Noi's that align with the original Noi started to get born.

People keep mentioning this but not everyone has cramps on their period. I remember in highschool, while I spent a week in horrible pain and nausea, some of my classmates had 4 days of mild annoyance
they mentioned she had cramps when that priest lady used her magic goggles on her. she said something like his holiness wouldnt ever think it was period cramps lol but i assume he felt them too and thought they just had tummy aches. they share all pain, and will die if one of them dies, but maybe like headaches and period cramps are different since they're internal and not externally inflicted like a sprain or a cut or slap.
