Everyone who enjoyed this - it is a bit rushed in some ways, but the original novel continues a bit and has side stories. It doesn’t go TOO much into details with the main plot and is also somewhat short feeling, but if the artist and author want to keep going there’s material! (No baby unfortunately if they keep with the recessive = no baby)
I resisted 3 WHOLE YEARS starting this, I normally never do but I KNEW SAMK X Fujoking would deliver. I binged almost all of this last month, and finishing it all in one go makes me believe that patience is truly a virtue. So good!
Also for anyone who was wondering what chapter the acting scene was referenced, it was in Chapter 66. There are so many stories nowadays that while amazing, it can be hard to remember moments, but this was something that really stuck with me and I really enjoyed having the themes of this story get tied up in the way it did in the last panels
I love the story telling. This is a peak example of how to tell stories with important and serious themes without making it feel like weighing characters and readers down with trauma. The related themes of family, abandonment, loneliness, hurt, all combined in an often neglected and left behind community intersecting with seniors and rural as well as prejudice in conservative societies (rural/Korea) are great. I’ve loved many rural based stories I’ve read recently but this feels closer to reality.

I might’ve missed it after not rereading from the beginning, but do they have a history? Ch 36 we see Gunjoon in flashbacks with multiple hair styles, did I miss that they knew each other more?
Well i think they do bad character doesn’t remember it so we probably gonna see it in the future from main leads pov
