I found myself frustrated by sasya early on in the story but he cannot help being depressed and is rather realistic , though his decisions are sometimes questionable he never has means wrong and he is undoubtedly a poor but beautiful soul , KAREL on the other hand good god I know you’re angry but you can’t hear the man out? This is the first time you’ve seen him since the war you went to for HIM everything you did was for HIM and now you’re treating him like this knowing how broken he is :/ LIIIIKE ITS KINDA SEXY (It shouldn’t be) BUT DAMN scar if u need someone who can handle u I’m right here :3 I just hope it doesn’t end up like roses and champagne but I can only assume that after reading the first chapter he does warm up to sasya again eventually

I got so fed up with the main story I ended up unknowingly skipping to the middle of the side story? Which was fine because I caught on quick but like what was the point of any of that? Why not make them developed and multi dimensional or atleast any kind of chemistry between them, it’s so uncreative to use this “I’m a hunter so my hormones are higher than usual” as a reason for him to be a rapist and get away with it.
