Like many, I cannot be sure whose thoughts are the last ones. Depending on how you interpret, it could make sense for both. If I have to pick one though, I think it's Seungho.
Seungho is in love with Nakyum but at the same time he is resisting and fighting it. He must feel that he is not in control and this infuriates him.
He wanted to force the truth out of Nakyum, the truth on why he is being so submissive and lifeless ... he didn't get this truth but then he got another truth. Nakyum is literally confessing to him, telling him that he feels something when they have sex, that he desires Seungho and his heart beats fast ... in these scenes, Seungho is passive and it's Nakyum doing the reach, he coups Seungho's face, he initiate the gentle kiss, he is asking for intimacy.... This is not the 'meek' I like it, Nakyum is saying things that Seungho didn't expect, Seungho is being confessed and his face is confusion, resistance. Intimacy and feelings are a hassle for him. He reciprocates at first, because honestly he can't help it but what happens next is Seungho again cutting off the intimacy with violent possession and then the bubbles thoughts... ' I had a realization. ... We are just naked bodies, we don't need to share thoughts'... 'this suits me'... Suddenly Seungho sees the danger of forcing Nakyum to share his thoughts. The last thing Seungho wants is to have feelings for someone, never mind a lowborn. Sex shouldn't be about people having feelings for each other, should be just this: naked bodies and nothing more. Seungho's expressions shows his conflict. The second Nakyum started sharing his real thoughts with him, he 'had a realization' that he didn't want to know it... he saw the abysm and he is running from it. Love and care has been seeping into Seungho's heart since Nakyum entered his life and his mind is acting like antibodies trying to resist it. The sad thing is that Seungho's reaction hurts Nakyum -- and Seungho gets frustrated even more because he can't hurt Nakyum and be indifferent to it like he is to anybody else. Seungho is like a wild animal that has been injured and it's on his most dangerous status.
Of course I could be wrong and all that was Nakyum's thinking. I just think that the way the scenes were arranged, looked like Seungho reacting violently to a confession that he didn't expect or wanted.
My favorite scene is page 17 with Nakyum sitting in front of Seungho who is holding his chin. We don't see their faces completely but it is drawn like out of focus with the drawing of them on the floor.
Seungho looking at Nakyum's mouth like that and putting his fingers to check for injuries. This is something a parent may do to their kids or a couple that is very comfortable to each other. The act is not sexual for Seungho at the moment but that makes it even more intimate for both. So much so that Nakyum ends up blushing .
That scene was very deliberate of the author, showing these bits of intimacy outside sex. Despite Seungho resistance to show softness towards Nakyum, there is probably no one else who ever get to share Seungho personal space like this when it's not related to sex.

Oooooo, this is such a good point. My dirty mind interpreted it as sexual, but I agree that Seungho may have done it out of genuine concern and care. We’ve never seen him share any non-sexual intimacy, with anyone, aside from Nakyum come to think of it. Even when he was hanging out with his other sex partners, they were just smoking and talking and there was definitely no affection there. Seungho definitely avoids touching anyone outside of sex, and when others have touched him he outwardly grimaces.

Things we learnt in chapter 47:
1- Seungho and Nakyum spent almost every night of the week together.
2- Seungho knows that Nakyum thought of running away and then came back
3- Seungho makes a point of letting Nakyum know that he knows what he did. Maybe he wants to give a warning to NK, maybe he wants to show he is the master of the house and can't be fooled or maybe he is just fishing to know why NK turned back.
3- Seungho gets a kick out of Nakyum blushing when seeing him naked.
4- Nakyum is starting to get curious about what Seungho may feel for him. Seungho however is not the man yet that will tell him that he cares for a lowborn more than sex.
5- Seungho is both a very intelligent man and also an idiot.
6- The old servant thinks that Nakyum is so important to Seungho that any offense to him is as dangerous as offending the lord himself. He is much smarter than the other guy.
7- Seungho is used to Nakyum fight him and he is starting to pick up that Nakyum is off.
8- The timing of the scene seems to show that NK went looking for Seungho first thing in the morning.
This does not seem to be one of the nights they spent together but Nakyum is there early morning to show a drawing of them. Seungho comments that even him is not the kind that would be looking at erotic painting first thing in the morning so it doesn't seem like Nakyum is there because he called him.
The last scene in the previous chapter was Nakyum jerking off thinking of Seungho and there was no drawing. Usually it's Seungho who summons Nakyum to his quarters but this seems to be an occasion in which Nakyum went to Seungho. Nakyum, even because he is lonely and Seungho is his only point of 'warmth' now, is starting to reach for Seungho.
9- Seungho is an idiot because he needs to realize Nakyum is reaching for him, checking for a sign that he cares for him. Worth repeating.
10- That servant will not make out of this story alive. He will probably die with a mouth full of stones.

Things we learn in chapter 46:
- Tensions about Nakyum special treatment in the house are mounting.
- He gets expensive food, a nicer room, better food and he doesn't need to work and some servants think he is a lowborn and really resent the special treatment.
- Besides the old servant, there is also an old lady servant looking out for Nakyum;
- After In Hun left, Nakyum pondered to run away again to the house he grew up but he remembered that a noona said to him he should never go back there. She was the one who arranged for Inhun to be in charge of NAkyum.
My guess: the noonas were actually trying to protect Nakyum. It was a whore house after all, maybe the clients started eyeing Nakyum and he being naive and innocent, it was not safe for him.
- Nakyum concluded that staying in Seungho's house is not bad considering he has nowhere to go and there he has food, warm clothes and shelter.
- The lady servant tells Nakyum that Seungho gave explicit orders to treat Nakyum. He is to have his meals in his room like him, not given work, etc. The lady thinks that Seungho does that because he cares for Nakyum.
- Nakyum may not be in love with Seungho and he stays out of lack of option but the sex is not only resignation. Nakyum masturbates thinking of Seungho and he thinks that he used to hate him but now thinks of Seungho when touching himself.

- Seungho turned one man's man and it has been a while now that Nakyum is the only one.
- Town folks favorite pastime are dice game and gossip about Yoon Seungho's scandalous affairs.
- Jihwa was known as the official mistress before he was dethroned by the mysterious 'fiance'
- Nakyum and Seungho spend a LOT of time fucking or spending time together.
- Seungho takes Nakyum to town with him on a regular basis.
- Except for the old man, all the servants in the house resent Nakyum's favoritism.
- They suck each other a lot. (Seungho says NK likes to receive but doesn't learn how to give)

This is getting so frustrating. Why only one of them feels desire? The other guy looks more like he would be happier in an asexual or platonic relationship but poor Johan is a young man that wants intimacy and touch and he keeps getting rejected.

Yeah but it's pretty tiresome when the bottom in so many manga are clearly supposed to adopt stereotypes about female modesty or "not being ready." If it was the top that was feeling not ready, that would be refreshing, but it's more of the same forcing of conservative straight roles on same-sex couples. It feels like one is the boy and one is the girl, when both should be a bit more complicated than that.
Yep. It's like the virginal girl and the horny guy.... and it wouldn't be so much of a problem if it was so long of an arc or so repetitive ... or at least a tiny bit more balanced. A lot of readers reading into that scene of Nakyum remembering Inhun's hug as a sign that he is still in love with the teacher. My opinion is the quite the contrary.
Nakyum has been for a while now describing that he is physically attracted to Seungho despite the fear but this is the first time he emotionally compares Seungho to Inhun.
Inhun has been the only person until now that Nakyum thought about romantically or wishing to be held by .... now we see a scene where he is being hugged by Seungho and he thinks it's warm ( not in the sense of temperature) but warmth, closeness.
For all the admission that Nakyum has done so far about the sex, he didn't exactly think of the possibility of felling for Seungho what he felt for Inhun or thinking of Seungho in romantic way. We see Nakyum is surprised to feel 'warm' in Seungho's arms and it's revealing that he is scanning for the closest thing he felt before ( Inhun's embrace).
We don't know if he can tell that Inhun's embrace was devout of care for him and if he somehow senses that Seungho do care for him but the important part in this scene for me is that it's the first time he thinks of Seungho in comparison to Inhun.
I see what ya saying and I agree but I disagree. I think he’s starting to develop feelings for him and he doesn’t realize he has feelings for him yet and still thinks he loves the teacher because emotions are tricky like that.
