Ah oh my god this is so good! The art is insanely beautiful and unique. Like the scene where sunlight was coming in from the window..it was something I’d never seen in mangas before. Also the plot is fresh, kinda deep. I wish somebody would pick this up!!

I'm pretty sure it's finished. I think it's marked as incomplete because they'll probably add extra/side stories. At the end of chapter 40 it said "The End" and the story was basically very well concluded ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
There definitely is a season 3 of Loplop if you look around. Chapter count was up to 60 when I last checked.
