In my opinion, i think drunk sex is completely rape because the drunk person isn't able to properly consent because they are intoxicated and not in the right headspace, and with no consent the sex is rape. Regardless of what manga or fiction stories you read and stories of people who had sex while drunk and didnt mention rape, drunk sex is rape.
