I searched and the novel seems to be Shounen Ai, but the webtoon has (yaoi) in it's title so it might be that the artist is planning to make it a yaoi? Even so, I think it'll be a VERY slow burn before they do anything (and if the author decides to make it a yaoi). Does anyone know if the korean title includes yaoi in it?

I think they all began the game as players and coincidentally someone might have saved his memories in a tape. Said someone, at some point might have realized that tapes work to save someone's memories of the previous run.

So I believe after going through various runs they determinated Doha is too unpredictable and dangerous to play with and decided to not let him use a tape. Hyungshin and his boyfriend might have been hindrance only playing for themselves to save each other so they left them as NPCs just like Doha.

But at some point Bada might have not saved some runs or maybe the tape where his initial runs were saved was ruined, maybe even Yongtaek and Seungchan didn't get to save their runs: because Bada can't remember that he played with Seungchan and Yongtaek and they have been acting like NPCs until now.

And now, Bada coincidentally played Yongtaek's tape, making him remember runs Bada can't remember, and he finds weird that Bada is working with Doha, knowing that Doha is a dangerous player; something Bada can't remember because his memories are lost and he had been thinking until the beginning of the webtoon that Doha was a "nice guy" that fought the assassin and sacrificed himself for the others...until he found Doha is crazy.

I think the reason why Seungchan's tape and Bada's memories are lost might be Doha. He might have played his previous tape unknowingly and remembered how Seungchan was a player and that he and Bada were a team, but now that Bada relays on him and now that Doha likes him, Seungchan involving himself with Bada and being someone that Bada can relay on instead of unpredictable and crazy him, might be the reason why is looking for him and getting him killed first.

Bada is the only one knowing everything and has been suffering run after run all alone and now Doha is next to him. But if there was someone else, would Bada ignore Doha's psycho behaviors? Doha doesn't want that. Bada needs to relay on him, trust him and like only him.

Fortunately for Yongtaek, Doha doesn't seem to know he's a player, Doha only remembers Seungchan being a player. And Hyungshin's tape was faulty so he is just a hindrance and Bada won't involve himself with him anymore. But Seungchan and Yongtaek? They seem smart and reasonable enough. Doha can't have that, he'll hunt them down.
