No idea. ML has been going crazy trying to find MC, though. In the last chapter he said he hasn't been eating well and hasn't been able to sleep. In the same chapter, the guy they did a threesome with at the beginning of the manhwa told him MC is an omega.
I can only suppose what's going to happen in the next chapter. Maybe ML asking the guy where MC is and going to find him but what'll happen next is a mystery.

ML find his whereabouts through MC's mom cause he told her they're fighting and he wants to apologise to him (she doesn't know that ML is the father and just worried about his son) when MC saw ML he got mad told him to go away ML told him that he knew everything (he's omega and pregnant) but MC told him it's not his child and mf told him to erase it if it's not from him MC got hurt and cried that's when ML ask for forgiveness, confessed to MC that he likes him and ask to give him one more chance in the end they talk about it and went home together.
